Titanium and Aluminum and many stainless steel don't care about magnetism. There are a couple mechanical screw holding designs. One is for inside-out gripping, the other holds the head of the screw against the driver tip. Both have uses. If you're past that, try the cyanoacrylate straight up no filler (takes longer)* or dip the tippy-tip into anything - ash, baking soda, before you touch the boundary with the glue droplette. *& Clean the screw with brake cleaner or pure ethanol.
