- Hello there friends! This one was suggested by @buddysaile973!
Three amazing musicians, but Dave has a strong favorite, care to guess who it is? Stick 'til the end to find out!
Thanks for another fine suggestion Buddy!

What fun! Thanks guys for taking the time to listen and post this! The Aristocrats are great fun, and obviously very talented. I'll look into their discography and and try to suggest something from them a little less frantic. I know they have a quite few slow burners that are lacking Marco's double bass tendencies, I'm just not sure which would appeal to you guys the most. I love listening to him and Guthrie playing together, Bryan is icing on the cake. I just hope you guys enjoy listening to new tunes as much as we do. Besides, it's always a good time when Dave's got the mic! Thanks again for listening, don't ever stop doing what you do!
Guthrie is the guy all the “greats” are amazed by. I’ve never heard this, but I absolutely loved it. Great suggestion and great reaction. Thanks guys.
Well, they are super fun to see live. Their humor is on point, and you can tell they love what they're doing. My wife is always ready to see them...bonus. I've seen them a few times now, and we attended the mini tour that preceded the current tour. We'll be seeing them again in August.
Check their tour dates for a show near you. Warning: they are addicting.
Oh, and Guthrie says that song is a tango. :)
I will add that the intros (unless it's an abrupt start) are all improvised, so no two are the same...and it's the same for the solos. They each write three songs for every studio album, and they leave space for the other two to solo in.
Dave says he can hear that (regarding the tango).
Nice! Too much sauce. 🤣
Yes I agree... "It'sa too much!"... sometimes! I like their more melodic tunes...like Culture Clash or And Finally. Seen them 4-5 times. Such a fun and funny band to see live! You guys gotta check out McStine and Minnemann... the amount of stylistic ground they cover on this collection is jaw dropping.

In general you‘re supposed to start your set with two bangers and then slow it a little bit down. You will need a pretty perceptive audience to start it with a delicate opener like this one.
Is that Guthrie Govan?
EDIT: Never mind
Also Guthrie toured with a drummer Gergo Borlai and Anton Davidyants on bass. Both of them in some ways are better than this Guthries team, so worth listening to
