I have a client who is in his late 50's and he does A LOT of roller skating (not inline skates) and he has a lot of problems in his hips, what are some things YOU would do? I of course work his glutes and hamstrings and his IT bands (which are usually VERY tight). Anything else I'm missing?

Hi Spencer. I had my leg in a relaxed position like at 6:12 and pushed into whatever muscle/tendon is near your left pinkee (like if u applied spot pressure to that exact spot deep and feel a subtle pain so good kinda feeling there while relaxed. And it somehow released something that allowed my foot flexion to be a lot more (in a good way). Any idea on what I would have pushed there to do this? Is it something I should do regularly to be more flexible?

I think they are NRG brand. I have the same fleece blanket, or else it's very similar. It's great quality and so soft. Sheets look like they may be microfiber
What a rude thing to say to someone. Are you a speech therapist? Obviously not, at least not a good one, because your training would have taught you not to say such things to a client in a public forum. I am sure you meant it as a compliment, it does not come across that way. Spencer’s videos are about massage, he should only be judged on that criteria.

Is it required to drink plenty of water after this massage?
Yes yes yes and no alcohol. You can also feel pretty sickly after. Worth it though!

My therapist does. I walk a lot and every 8 weeks I have all over deep tissue massage…ouch! Love it though 😂
