I was a little kid back in 1994, the year the movies True Lies, Clear and Present Danger, Speed, Terminal Velocity, Drop Zone, the movie versions of the classic TV shows Maverick and The Little Rascals and The Mask were shown as double features at the 99W Drive-in Theater in Newberg, OR. This was the year the TV show Friends aired on NBC. Awesome year of the 90's! 😊
For some adults in the early 90s, not really. The USA was having a recession in the early 90s & unemployment peaked in 1992. The entertainment era in the early 90s had iconic moments though. 1993-1999 seems to be the best time for everyone in the 90s.

You missed the Houston Rockets winning the championship that year and Houston was amazing and had the lowest crime rates/traffic tickets ever. The morale here was amazing that years so much so every radio station played whoomp (Houston) there it is! Unforgettable year...
I was 3-years-old in 1994 as a little boy and the memory that I remember in 1994 was taking a picture with my brother while I made a pose of holding a Little Golden book in my hand for the photographer to take the picture that moment of my childhood is so unforgettable because growing up as a child was the best thing ever in my life.
This is what it was like in an era before social media age and technology starting watering down and ruining originality. Not that they aren't great things but they have really changed society.. now we live in an era were it's highly materialistic, most movies are remakes and songs sound the same and it's kinda sad how things have turned out.. It's safe to say If u were old enough to be aware in 1994-1999 you probably didn't picture world being in so bland like this around the year 2020.
The Mid 90's (1994 - 1996) was the quintessential period of the 90's in my opinion. I was young, but I have a lot of vivid memories of this time that I would go back and revisit if by miracle if I was given the chance. Also, R.I.P. Kurt Cobain. I remember my babysitter who was a grunge girl shedding so many tears over his death over the news. Something I'll never forget.

Marquis Beverley Makes perfect sense now, '94 was your birth year so you act as if you're in the same classification of people actually born in the early 90's like myself (est. 1990). Pretty typical. Just because you were born in '94 and personally want it to be an early 90's year doesn't factually make it an early 90's year. I don't argue much about this until someone tries to engage and instigate one, but if you were shitting in your diapers and not in grade school for majority of the decade I doubt you're a 90's kid. Technically by law maybe, but how many in-depth nostalgic memories can you honestly say that you have from ages 1-5? Kid, when you were just 2 years old (1996) I was already in 1st grade in the process of learning mathematics, reading, and science, and playing Playstation and Nintendo 64 when I would come home from school. i remember it all like it was yesterday. By the time your memory was in its earliest development stage... the 90's was practically almost over. Sorry, but we're nowhere near the same.
1994 was an extremely important year of my life. Graduated from high school, started (and ended) my first relationship, joined the military, and of course not to mention the pop culture tragedies of that year (Kurt Cobain and OJ Simpson). Sometimes I'd love to travel back in time back to the late summer and early autumn of that year to experience it over again.
I was 5 years old and almost everything here I have recollect of.. I don’t wanna sound crazy but it almost feels like another existence now. Nostalgic and sad how far away it is ..
I was seven years old. I remember distinctly me and my father going to see "The Lion King" when it first came out and afterwards, me getting a puppy that I named Jazzy! Good memories. Those days seem to me like yesterday and a hundred years ago both at the same time, strangely...
What a memorable year , I turned 12 this year and can remember 90% of the content in this collection. It was an incredible year for music, pop culture, and movies. My friends and I had the best time ever. The summer was highlighted by World Cup USA, and growing up in LA, the final was in our backyard. The whole city had soccer fever. We were listening to rap, rock, metal, grunge, club dance, r&b, man it was awesome.
I was seven back in '94 - a year of both joy and sadness for me and my family...I remember watching a LOT of films and TV shows back then. 1994 seemed to be the year where I really started taking notice of pop culture around me, I was like a little sponge, soaking up all of these elements ranging from music to cinema to commercials. Why does it seem like it was the most '90s' year of the decade? LOL, hard to describe, but for me looking back, it seemed like this year was the peak representation of the very unique culture and environment we had in this decade. What a great year for movies, too! Forrest Gump came out that year, Dumb and Dumber, The Lion King, Quiz Show, Angels in the Outfield...I remember the day I saw Lion King with my father, who since then passed away. Seeing that amazing movie with him was one of my nicest memories! These kinds of vids always bring out the feels in me.
1994 was my graduation year. What I remember most about those days was meeting up with friends. Outside. In the real world. We'd throw our pocket change in on gas and run around all day. Everybody was so relaxed back then...not quite the apathy the older generations mistook it for. We just didn't see the need to get all huffed up over banal B.S. The cold war was over, we were still on the Gulf War victory high and the future looked freaking awesome, so why get all bent? Oh, and the music. Music exploded in all kinds of new directions in 1994. If you didn't like the song on the radio, just wait a minute. Yes, the music on the radio was actually good. Best year ever.
I applaud your dedication in compiling all these gems and mixing them up in such an entertaining way. Must have been fun to do, but not easy. This brought a heavy load of memories and feelings to this 35-year-old. Thanks :)

As someone who was born over a decade after 1994, I wish I could have been there. It was one of the last years of a lot of beloved star's lives. Like Selena and Tupac. Plus life just seemed to be better, not that the 90s didn't have bad things going on but not nearly as bad as it is now. Not as much joy and creativity now, we let anyone be famous now for pretty much nothing, not much too look forward to and there's not the community that there once was.

My dad died in June of 1994, when I was 14. I'm surprised how many memories this brought back that weren't sad. Things I wouldn't of thought could even possibly of been from that year.
I miss those times so bad is really nostalgic I'm watching your remember with some year videos because of nowadays its so dark, weird and horrible to remember the good, bright and normal days but this takes happiness back to my 💖 thank a lot love that 😳
Wow, brings back a lot of memories watching this video. I was 14/15 in 1994 so this year was full of emotion. So many big events happened in this year like the OJ Simpson thing and Kurt Cobain's suicide. In my hometown, a couple local boys went missing and were later found murdered. I also got really drunk for the first time. In some ways, this was a really depressing year for me as it would be the one year I wish I could do over. I made so many mistakes looking back, but yet its the year I remember so vividly. My dog was shot by a neighbour at the end of the year. The music of course brings me back to that year.

This is one of the best videos i've ever seen. Being born in almost 1991, 90% of those things remind me of my childhood.
1991 was great but 1994 is just terrible
I miss those times so bad is really nostalgic I'm watching your remember with some year videos because of nowadays its so dark, weird and horrible to remember the good, bright and normal days but this takes happiness back to my 💖 thank a lot love that 😳
I was 7....love the music!!
Awesome year for good music. : )
my childhood. I would like those days back. :(
25 years ago..... I'm old....
Feels bad men
35 in August! What a time(s)
Felidae and Babylon 5 took me by surprise. Amazing video!
1994 yeah, no mumble rap
Sehr gut komponierter Zusammenschnitt! Weiter so! Danke für die Zeitreise. ✌
What a great year.
rivaled only by 1993 in my opinion, in terms of movies and music
Wow, brings back a lot of memories watching this video. I was 14/15 in 1994 so this year was full of emotion. So many big events happened in this year like the OJ Simpson thing and Kurt Cobain's suicide. In my hometown, a couple local boys went missing and were later found murdered. I also got really drunk for the first time. In some ways, this was a really depressing year for me as it would be the one year I wish I could do over. I made so many mistakes looking back, but yet its the year I remember so vividly. My dog was shot by a neighbour at the end of the year. The music of course brings me back to that year.
1994 was just the worst year in humanity, anything bad happened in this year
I'd love to live those times.
+Thoregor me too!!!
me three (again!)
Music back then seemed way more sensual than it is now. It is all mood music.
You need to make one for each year between 1980 and 2000, these are th ebest videos on you tube!!!
