WHat if the Product Owner is agreesive then I believe the better answer to this is not to start talking about scrum values and start coaching the PO as beacuse as a Scrum Master you need to be neutral . So i would like to put my view as below .
    1. I would empathise with PO whether it is repeated behaviour, or is it one time and what cause to drive such behavior.
Like PO may not be aware of self organising Scrum way of working and he think he is helping the team by identifying the right person to do the job.
    b. If Po is not confident on team and there were multiple instance where the Sprint commitment were failed. Hence PO think if we hand the work to this guy then he will surely deliver whether the team does or not. In that case we need to solve bigger problem where we need to make the team reliable rather than always fire fighting work culture.
    c. It can be one of case and something has changed and PO wants some opinion about a part of work. So we can have a call after daily scrum with PO, Team to discuss on how to negotiate this situation.

I am preparing for the same seeing all your videos from past 2 weeks . I am interested to join your whatsapp group if there is any space available . I am still not clear about backlog refinement part eventhough I have gone through it many a times.

Team Predictability = ( delivered committed US in sprint/Total committed US in sprint)*100 % and Team Reliability = ( Delivered Story points in sprint / Palnned story points in sprint)* 100 % , there are many others

I liked his explanation but just one word which he used in every answer is "BOSS" I belive denoting your PO with such word is not a good Agile Coach behaviour
