I think he went too fast. If he crawled off I bet he could have rode it out. Some guy landed the Jah drop, if that can be done so can this.

If people can die getting out of bed I’m pretty sure someone could die at rampage. Maybe we should ban living as it always seems to end in death?
This is not an honest representation of this groups thoughts about Gee’s attempted drop. Everybody’s body language and hesitations are here for all to see, a fear of publicly criticizing Gee (your mate) and perhaps fear of the online mob. This does not feel like the opinions shared off camera, surely the value in podcasting is to give your true perspectives? otherwise what were we supposed to take away from this snippet? Perhaps being more assertive, Gee would not be in a neck brace? He has arguably had a lucky escape and he needs his mates to call him out for being a muppet, that’s what mates are for, no?

Gee is a grown man with more perspective on the consequences of pushing the limits than anyone else, he knows exactly what he's doing
Gee just needs a better landing. Not none of this boo hoo it ain't possible crybaby BS. Gee is by all metrics a professional athlete. I think he goes back to the site with a digger and a film crew and absolutely STOMPS all this bs.
That's unfair. Every rider thinks their line will work or they wouldn't do it. Maybe you are "assertive", and maybe it changes nothing except sowing the seeds of doubt. You could just as easily do more harm than good. Risk tolerance is a very personal matter.
these guys do action sports. Go watch any red bull event. Those wing suits are near death every time. It’s up to the rider to make their own call. They calculate enough, and it works for most. You have no valid argument here unless you are gee’s mother
