Solution! You need a block of like minded countries to leave all at once! It would really bring this coup to an end.

As I understood it, EU was created to facilitate trade among member states to help keep peace in a post-war times.
What can normal citizens do to help keep Europe's democracy and freedom and reverse this trend?
I can not understand how Ursula was re-elected with such negative performance and unethical behaviors. EU needs urgent institutional changes.
    Thanks for sharing

The EEC was created to facilitate trade and peace. It was changed into EU in order to get a political side too, ostensibly it was to handle the admission of eastern Europe. In reality the treaties were made with such elastic frameworks that it can be changed below the level of making a new treaty. And the goal for the most ardent fans has always been federalization (U.S.E.) The ECJ has extensive rights to change the content in any of EUs frameworks because of their loose definitions and they will always side with the commission.

Eventually, the state will determine that these differences must be stamped out.

Thomas Fazi’s presentation was excellent, but the Matea lady is clearly a right wing xénophobe. Of course, both left and right can agree where EU corruption and undemocratic governance are concerned. It is important to hear everyone’s perspective. However, I would have preferred to have a speaker countering Thomas Fazi’s argument and a proper debate about the allegations made in his report.
