My dad suffered from Parkinson’s for about 10 years before he passed away. It’s a horrible disease. I can’t imagine living with it more than half your life. MJF is very strong!!!

So glad MJF was a hit in a sitcom until TV drama got more realistic. And now that I think of it, MJF was also on Scrubs, more than once. He played Dr Kevin Casey, which is a name I have seen in the credits of ER and it always makes me wonder if there is a connection... Haven't found one yet. Do I watch lots of Doctor shows? Yup. ER didn't come along until I was 35. But I'm really glad it did.

I look up to a 5'6 man. Michael J. Fox. The Man who taught me how to stay true to one woman. I dont care what he's in. I'll watch it. I'm huge fan of the man.
What people sometimes forget about Michael J. Fox is what a talented actor he is, his emmy awards for playing Alex P. Keaton is proof of that, as well as because of roles like this one, imagine what great performances he woulda gave if he had a normal, full career like other actors!

Agree, but one doctor I had I could tell was blaming themselves for my hearing loss, due to not giving me antibiotics until I had an eardrum burst. I let them know the audiologist said it wasn’t due to that, it is genetic, I was born with a gene that turned itself on is all.
Michael J. Fox is one of the very few actors who started at a young age, did not let fame and fortunate go to his head. Did not have several marriages with divorces, become a heavy drinker and getting into drunk driving accidents, or become a drug addict.Has a good marriage and raised a good family and stayed away from the Hollywood scene.

Thanks for posting this as I'd never seen it. Another early role for Michael was on "Family" from the same period in which he played a high school student who has a crush on middle-aged Kate Lawrence. It's not as creepy as it sounds and Michael gave a laudable performance as always.

The cinematography, sound quality, script, acting… beautiful. Something about film… slower paced, more well thought out, intentional, heartfelt, sincere… unlike TV these days.
