I also have the same experience. My mother has taken a policy in 2017 and paid for three years. Now when it is time to surrender policy, the policy number does not exist. There is no way to contact the officer online

I had paid a premium of ₹15000 in 2006-08 total ₹45000/- & 45000 in 2008-10, & as per instruction by company for benifits ₹30000 in 2015 total 1,20,000/- but still today 4/11/2024 I have not recieved my lost money and any benifits though consumer court 's order one can never trust such company
