Sukuna saved Shigemo so that Megumi’s death won’t be established. Megumi included Shigemo in the subjugation ritual. If Shigemo dies, so does Megumi. Sukuna stepped as an outsider to kill Mahoraga. He still killed Shigemo after killing Mahoraga, bro has no miracles left.
