I didn't really like the dolls when I was younger, but the movies were amazing! Fairy Pixies is my favorite. Since I'm still a doll collector now as a teen I may start collecting Bratz but idk yet.
In my childhood of the 2000's I was OBSESSED with Littlest Pet Shop! I still have my collection of pets and playsets before Blythe or whoever that girl was came around. Oh and I had Pixel Chix, too!
Gamer Forever polly pockets were revamped in the late 90s and were still popular in the 2000s :) i played with the larger doll that came with rubber clothes all throughout my childhood! i was a little surprised they weren't on this list, along with pixel chix!

Uh....what? As much as I like the Bratz movies all they teach girls is to be a slut and to wear revealing clothes. That's why I only owned two Bratz dolls as a kid and owned and still own over 50 Barbie dolls. Barbie teaches girls they can be anything, that's why there is a whole line of dolls where she's everything to a chef to a doctor. Not to mention her movies always teach lessons. The classics did and even the new ones do even though some Barbie ''fans'' say they don't. With the dolls they have a lot of diversity because they even made AA and Latina versions of her for basically every doll the put out excluding some. She represents different countries and cultures through her dolls and has multiple body types for the dolls, something Bratz doesn't have. Bratz fashion wasn't even that good for the dolls at least. Barbie is basically the queen of dolls since she's been around since the 50s. But all this is coming from someone who thinks there's enough diversity in the TV market so.
well barbie did have a black best friend she was a rare side kick in the 2000's but in bratz all the 4 girls were the main girl and from different race groups (Jade is Chinese American, Sasha is African America, Yasmin is Latina and of course Cole is white), also their not "sluts" or teach anything bad as their fashion is based off what was popular in the 2000's (compared to today people wore clothes that show more skin) and seeing as though they were made for the 8-12 age group and when i was in that age group assumed they just wore American teen clothes i strongly disagree with them promoting anything bad. and yes barbie has improve a lot with showing more race and even body types in the 2000's she didn't have all that much diversity to her line and yes she did promote being what ever you dream of doing but i guess as a kid i always felt like she was a 34 year old women because she had so many careers (even though she is some how 16?) and apart from her fairy and mermaid lines she always didn't have much going for her until recently when i have started to like barbie a lot for progressing a lot with her lines (my fave has to be made to move barbie), sure i still like bratz more but i'm a big fan of 2000's stuff and as a doll collector i for sure admire barbie for being the best of the doll lines even if i don't like her the most.

My favorite 2000s toys were the 3rd generation of My Little Pony. It gets a lot of flak from fans of the current generation of MLP for being too "girly" but you have to admit the quality of them were so much better than the current MLP toys of today. I buy them for my little cousin and my niece for birthdays and they just look sad compared to what I had as a kid.

I was born in 2006 so I am still a kid (i'm 12) but I still loved some of these toys. I played webkinz all the time and silly bands were my life. I remember all the boys in my grade loving beyblade. I had zhu zhu pets because my parents wouldn't let me get a hampster and I wanted one. I never had bratz but my cousins did and I always played with them when I went to my cousins.
