Dude that’s what I’m saying? I eat raw or undercooked eggs all of the time, I love egg yolk in rice, or super velvety soft scrambled eggs. I wish that it wasn’t a gamble every time I ate it tho

Wait until you find out what people in Japan pay for a dozen eggs that are safer and more carefully handled.
The problem here is distant CAFO farming and a lack of high-speed rail causing dependence on slow rail or trucking, btw.

At one time, there was a egg provider that pasteurized their eggs. I understand that Pasteurization kills salmonella.

In South East Asia, they eat half boil eggs, raw egg coffee and the eggs are not refrigerated. The eggs are in hot environment most of the time. The eggs are still have poops on some of them !!! But in America and western countries, they're sooo hygienic and yet scared to death of eating eggs that are less cooked!! Don't understand it.
