    One of my all-time favorite carry pistols. Perhaps the softest shooting of its size that I’ve had the pleasure of shooting. I sold it a couple years ago like an idiot and regretted it ever since. I have yet to see another one. Congratulations and thank you for sharing.

    • @unknownunknown3025
      @unknownunknown3025 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It should shoot soft, it's like 2 times thicker than any other carry pistol on market. Cz d pcr or p01 over this any day of the week. More reliable, better trigger with cgw drop in parts, more accurate, more aftermarket support. I like this pistol though. Just wish Beretta could make a pistol that wasn't so chunky, the 92 compact has the same issue. Shame really.

      @@unknownunknown3025 recoil is a function of mass, not thickness…..The CZ’s you mention are longer than the Beretta, similar height, and within a few hundreds of an inch in width - so what is your comment based on? As for the rest of your comments, all highly subjective.

    • @unknownunknown3025
      @unknownunknown3025 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Scott Cuellar that is not the only thing that plays into recoil brother. You mention one small thing and look at it as the bigger picture. Bore axis height, spring weights, ergonomics ( your ability to hold the pistol in place, IE higher grip) all play into perceived recoil and recoil mitigation. The thickness really is not within a few hundreds of an inch either. The slide on the cz is only 1 inch thick; the slide on the px4 is about 1.3. That's a huge difference. Also thickness goes into mass so I'm not sure what you're thinking. It all depends on where they measure. Both were measured from the controls. The p01 has a decocker and slide stop much chunkier than the px4. Like I said, you are looking at the small picture. There is a reason you see so many CZS in the winner circle and all over at shooting competitions and not Berretas

      @@unknownunknown3025 Lol bruh.. stock beretta px4’s have way better triggers and shoot way softer and more accurately than stock p01’s. Sure, spend hundreds of extra dollars to cajunize your p01 and it will outperform a stock px4.. but you’re now talking about a pistol that is 2-2.5x the price of a stock px4. If I’m spending that kind of money I personally will take a LTT px4 compact carry over a full Cajun p01 any day, especially for a carry gun. And don’t get me wrong, I LOVE cz75’s of all varieties.

    This is one of the best DASA guns I own and its polymer... It's so sweet to shoot. It's CZ level silliness. Yes, it costs vs the stock but, it's very hard to beat.

    I actually disagree on the safety being g’s only. I appreciate that an “F” version can be loaded while on safe. That is something I believe a lot of people overlook about the platform and can be a benefit for new/novice shooters. I know nothing replaces “finger off the trigger” but to me more layers of safety don’t hurt.

    Just purchased one today. Taking a gamble because I've never seen one in any store, so I bought it online and it is currently being shipped to an FFL dealer. Love the Beretta APX, I have the APX Centurion. Talk about reliability... I just have no idea how the PX4 compact carry feels in my hands, like I've said, I've never seen it anywhere. I've just been interested in it for a while now, and hear nothing but good about durability, reliability etc.. in the reviews and videos I watch. Can't wait for it to arrive. Thanks for making this video, learning more and more about it every day.

    Definitely one of my all-time favs!!! I ended up giving it to my son as a gift when he moved from an apartment to a house. I really didn't want to part with it but of all the guns in my collection, that was the best fit for him as a new shooter and for what he needed it for (home defense). Well, as it turns out, he's now moving from a free state to an anti 2A state with strict gun laws so I'm getting the PX4 back! And this time, I'll never part with it again, because you're right, they're very hard to find now. I have the basic model without all the "Langdon Magic", but I'm perfectly ok with it as is. The only upgrade that I may eventually do is convert it to a 'G model if I decide to put it into my carry rotation. But over all it is a great multipurpose fire arm, good for home defense, EDC and just fun at the range.

    I want one so badly. I didn't really care for it as much, but all the anime and fandom people on Twitter keep making 🔥 edits based off of the PX4 Storm design. That made me notice it a lot. Then one of the workers at the range I go to (Full Armor Gun Range in HTX) let me shoot his PX4 Storm and I fell in love. 6/17 of my shots on the initial mag hit dead center on the target. I think the only downside of the PX4 Storm would be the grip texture, or the lack of it, but talon grips help drastically. I can only imagine how much better the PX4 Storm Compact Carry is. It's pretty difficult to find one right now, but hopefully I save up enough by the time I find one.

    No need for the "F" when its D/A first round, really. I have a Sub-compact and converted from "F" to "G" ...very simple, also reshaped the two safety/de-cock and slide lock levers to LTT specs. I also found a DAO full size, since I shoot mostly revolvers and the DAO is perfect. The Storms are great pistols and very accurate. I do need a compact...... BTW- the full size 17rnd and compact 15rnd mags fit in the sub-compact and a spacer is available, so with a +2 base plate I can have 2-rds in a sub compact. BTW- I would NEVER appendix carry with a striker-fire...but that's just me, I love my "boys".
