      Each to their own! I was at Everest base camp for 3 weeks and hadn’t ran in a month, for me, this is not training for a marathon how I would. Completely depends on how you usually train to know what your untrained is 😁 I also came back from EBC very ill with altitude flu, so again not prepped for this

      @@LucyDavisFit Untrained for me now is properly fatweak :) Untrained in my 20s was running a half marathon for a laugh, where the only issue was realising after about 7 or 8 miles that a rugby shirt with an embroidered logo over the left nipple area was a very very poor choice.....😁

      Watch my previous video it’s not BS 🙂 I was away in Nepal the week prior doing Everest base camp for 4 weeks so hadn’t trained for the marathon as it wasn’t priority, I trained for Everest. I run a lot so will always be able to complete one, but yes I didn’t do a training block for this marathon 😇

      Hahaha I’ve had a six pack since I was 5 years old so not much to shout home about regarding if that’s trained. It’s genetics 🤣
