Is it normal that the blades are aligned to the side and not center. I got mine too and it looks like this.

bad quality and crap support. mine stopped working, I contacted support, they let me choose the color of the new one and went completely quiet after that. emailing them never helped. googled and found out that lots of other people had the same experience. it's simply the company's business model 🤮🤮🤮
