I’ve tried it for the first time and its taste so delicious! For the ginger sauce, since I don’t have the peanut oil I replaced it with olive oil + peanut butter😂
1. (Garlic) 5:4 (ginger) mince . 8 garlic . 2. Simmer water in pot, cut chicken fat&skin, add chickens in the pot. Add 1 tbsp of garlic paste, 1 spoon of salt and few slice of the green. Simmer 30m. bubuh fat kat pinggan lain. 3. cool chicken in cold water and put in the baking pan. - 4 T Brown sugar, honey - Blended paste 1 tsp -sesame oil 1 T - soy sauce half cup - 1/4 cup oyster sauce - Back pepper, salt Mix and coat the 🐔, air dry for at least 1 hour, Simmer the sauce till thickens. roast both side 20min, 200 C. 4. new pan. add sesame oil 1t , chicken fat and fried till oil came out. Meanwhile wash the rice 3 time. Then, add garlic paste 2 t to the pan. Mix for awhile. Add rice and 1 spoon salt,sugar. Kacau 2 mins. Put rice in purple and add 1 to 1 ratio chicken broth and water. 5. cool The remains chicken broth,add salt ,pepper and vegetable. 6. Assembling all and tadaa~. For myself to 👀 heheh. Don't mind :-P .

You can easily find it at most supermarket. Five spice powder is commonly used in Chinese cooking. It is a blend of cloves, star anise, cinnamon, fennel and pepper.

I also used the method of par boil the chicken before baking , roasting in the oven , i think it splatter less oil in the oven.

at the beginning of the video, i blended garlic and ginger. That is the main paste throughout the recipe. hope this helps.
