The lighting was amazing, not a big fan of the tv-transitions. When we hosted as the Netherlands there were elements that were a lot better than this year.

I was a bit disappointed during the performance live on television. Still not completely my taste, but the change of al trusses to diagonale hanging is brilliant in my opinion at 02:02 and basically 1 second too late back straight again at 02:30 haha. When all the shots, graphics and lighting is already programmed in, what do the crew with the computers do? Do they just monitor and react only if something goes wrong? Or are they working like crazy during the show itself?
Its the FOH or Front of House its where the Audio mixing and Lighting stuff take place In this FOH it also looks like there might also be some broadcast related stuff but most of it would be for Audio mixing and Lighting and the house graphics In this case most of the lights are prob pre programed or at least manual switching between the lighting setups The Audio and graphics are not Automated but the graphics for this seem to be a video not sure exactly sure how the eurovision set up there stuff The camera shots are most deff not pre programmed there is a broadcast truck outside the stadium doing the live broadcast and switching the camera feeds live

You could have decided to qualify Joost Klein after the incident and only if he will be found quilty of serious threats, you could have decided to disqualify him and pass the trophee to no. 2 (Switzerland) . Everyone will understand that. Now you have taken away his chance for the win. I would say to disqualify the EBU and re-organise the ESC as soon as possible.
I can quite believe that J. Klein would have won with such a mob according to social media. But, just like the Israeli song that achieved a series of 12 points with a targeted campaign from the right, this does not mean that the song is worth qualifying as an "aesthetic winner".
