    When you're about to go to Walt Disney World again in March but can't go on Rock n Roller Coaster this time because it's being refurbished so you watch videos instead.

    I love this rollercoaster, & even crazier that the 1st time I rode it it played my favorite song as a magical/lucky bonus(Walk This Way) I can’t wait to ride it again if there’s a chance in the future.

    After two long refurbishments, at this rate it feels like this is becoming a seasonal ride

    Just an observation, but you might want to consider using a manual focus setting on ride as it seems to lose definition several times throughout the ride. I realize that a manual setting is an extra burden for the videographer, but I suspect that with a bit of practice it would would come fairly naturally and give far better results than the automatics especially in low light conditions.
    Appreciate your sharing with those of us lacking the means to enjoy these experiences ourselves. 😉

      Actually, believe it or not, this video was shot with manual focus lol
      All my videos are shot manually, but in this video, I was using a new lens that had a really sensitive focus ring compared to my previous manual lens. During the ride, I felt my hand twist and I immediately realized the focus would have been off. So to fix the issue, I turned autofocus on halfway through the ride for a split second. This is why there is only one part in the video where it's out of focus and the rest of the ride-through isn't despite the fact that there are some areas that will cause issues with autofocus.
      Some other parts of the video might seem blurry/autofocus, however, that's not the image being out of focus, that's an issue with sensors that shift in cameras. In extreme movement, the camera sensor can shake and make the image blurry which is what happened here. That's why a lot of filmmakers prefer cameras without sensor shifts when recording shots mounted onto a moving vehicle
      Thanks for watching!

      @@LMGVids My apologies for my uninformed comment. Usually your videos are quite good in that respect, so I was a bit surprised is all. I have noticed this issue with other similar content creators as well, so please don't take it personal. Again, Thanks for sharing.

    Your camera picked up the little city lights on the floor! Looks so cool. (Thanks for misspelling the ride title and making it difficult to search up for a mega nerd like me lmao)

      I never noticed them mainly because I had my eyes closed during that part when I rode it because the launch made me basically stop all brain functions in that moment lol.
      Edit: Rode it again and loved it, way more fun than I remember it, it also helps that they e-stopped the ride and I got to ride like a third of it with the lights on before it stopped lol

    Quick question it's darker in person ? cus I feel like the blacklights are wayyyy too bright on this POV

    • @Ethan839
      @Ethan839 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Just went last week, can confirm way darker in person. You're just able to make out the signs and a bit of the track in the darkness but otherwise you're riding in the dark. Despite how it might seem too in the video, you rip through most of those cutouts pretty fast so you don't have time to really process a lot of what you see. What I remember the most was the civic center sign, the Hollywood sign, the donut, the palm trees and the stop sign at end. The palm trees I only remember because I know that's where one of the inversions take place, pretty sure that's the cork screw but I could be wrong.
