- INGREDIENT RECIPE ⬇️➡️
10 lbs of daikon radishes
3 cups of palm sugars
1 cup of sea salt or pink salted
1.25 of white vinegar
2 bowls
16 Oz and a 12 Oz jars
2 or mores Oven racks to dry out the daikon radishes
1 big plastic bag or anything you can covering the ground
Serving 30+
TEMPERATURE: Summer temperature around 70 degrees and up is the best to air dry the daikon radish for this recipe. If very hot hot only one day . If temperature below 79 degrees then air dry about 2 days. 70% dried is good to do pickling.
Pickled radish, called yan luo bo in Chinese, dongchimi in Korean, is a radish dish served and eaten with Ramen, Rice Noodle, Congee, Korean fried chicken. Like other banchan, it is a free side dish in South Korea. In China, it is served in many noodle restaurants. It’s so popular to all Asia and all over the world. It’s very healthy and go with any side this in your kitchen :))
