The problem with that idea is that I only have a very solid idea how to level my specific class. When it comes to levelling for example a Warcryer or Gladiator or Shillien Elder... I would have to go with guesswork. I think only two things are universally true: AoE is king, and since the Destro is king of that leeching a (competent) Destro is the fastest way to level for 90% of people, but also out of reach for most people since this game isn't known for charity ^^
Does the chronicle 4 have the free newbie tokens to travel between the starting villages and the free top no grade weapon (the one you need 0 PKs to equip)?
The teleport is a definite no, that was a later addition. The weapon... was an event on old retail, so we don't know if we'll get that or not. Most servers (at least that I know of) seem to have treated it as a game feature, but it's far from certain if we'll get it or not.
How about the npc buffs you get until lvl 23. Do they exist in C4? I am sorry to bother you, but it is not easy to find information for those things and it seems you know a lot about this game
