You can build your own for not much money if you already own a decent regular bicycle. Yeah it's not gonna look as good but most likely faster than anything you can buy off the shelves.

For that price, you would expect at least 52V motor. The rear shock absorber design has a flaw because the seatpost can hit it sometimes. Also, the folding feature doesn't make much sense without folding steering column.
TT E-bike is about the same as this one but 26inch fat tire with either a 2000 watt rear hub motor or a 3000 watt dual 1500 watt motors. I've only seen 1 review on TH-cam but all the reviews on Amazon are good and it's under $1k.
