The S23 Fe is "better", but both have bad processor, unacceptable screen bezels, no real proximity sensor. The A54 has a better battery, SD card slot, and is $200 cheaper in my country. On the other hand, the S 23 FE has better cameras, stabilization, better screen, UFS 3.1 and LPDDR5X instead of UFS 2.2 and LPDDR4X, and features of the S series. I hope Samsung doesn't make the same mistakes with the A55. Awesome and professional camera test, as always.

It surprises me to see the Fe with washed out photos in this video because the Fe I have is very saturated in photo productions

Great comparison again my friend!! The A54 5G is not bad but the S23 FE is the clear winner.
The S23 fe is the winner, but the A54 is definitely worth it for the price. A big upgrade from the A53.

A54 main camera have a bug system after update in one ui 6, the photo result more saturated and hope fix soon

Where I see the S20FE winning is in colour overall accuracy and dynamic range.
I dont care much about "portraits" if I need subject separation I can carry a small M43 camera with me without much encumbrance.

1. Do both phones have OneUI 6?
2. Is 3x zoom during video available in viewfinder or did u pinch zoom on A54? If not then what video zoom level is available on A54 viewfinder (if any).
3. How long did night mode shots take to capture on both phones?
4. Did u use a tripod for night mode shots?

@@Soto-Tech2020 Thanks so A54 loses out on additional 1x zoom possibility (in photo & video) & lack of night mode in few cases. A54 should not be pushed beyond 2X zoom since its is not lossless anymore (center crop of 50mp sensor).

Sí, yo he notado que los videos en 1080p 60fps/30fps han mejorado muchísimo en los últimos 3-4 años y serían una buena opción para ahorrar espacio. Por supuesto, todo depende del propósito. Gracias por mirar el video. Saludos.

I don't have the S24 and not planning to buy ir for now. I just bought the super expensive S24 Ultra. Thanks for watching the video and stay safe.
In the photos the A54 reds are a little too saturated and on the warm side. Or the S23FE is on the colder side of the white balance. Having no telephoto is an obvious disadvantage. In video the S23FE has more dynamic range. Also the stabilisation on the S23FE works better and in all modes. A54 basically has no stabilisation in 1080p 60fps. Purely on the extra features and that better performance, I would go for the S23FE, but since the S24 range is about to be released, I would look for the S23 range being discounted. Moot since I own the S23 Ultra.

It's a really interesting video, the main camera of the S23 FE, which is the same as the s23 and s23 plus, is really good at night, the other cameras are not that good, a bit too far behind, but if you can buy that phone at the right pricing, I don't think it's that bad as many are saying, I woudn't buy the A54.
