Hi Julia - 111 is non emergency its 999 in UK for an emergency call - you can also use 112 anywhere in Europe but 111 will get you through to NHS not to emergency services which is what you need if you have a unresponsive non breathing child - thanks :)
I am sorry, I am confused... was i not supposed to call 111 in case of an emergency? Why did you say 999? Is this the emergency service in Scotland ?
