Hey friends!! Today I am bringing you some Extreme Laundry Motivation as I tackle all these loads of clothes!! I am interested in trying out new laundry products, so let me know what you are currently using! 💕
Am I the only one who thinks cleaning the lint trap is satisfying? 😂 I have a whole household of clothes to do & we live in a complex so the laundry room is gross & it keeps me from doing laundry like this! Definitely can't wait to wash clothes lol
Doing laundry is one of my favorite things to do!!! My family had to move into an apartment without a washer and dryer and it has been such a struggle because it’s so expensive to do laundry now. I used to wash everyday so I could stay on top of it. We are hoping to buy a place soon because this laundry situation is a struggle. I love this!!
@@mlionea will the pump empty itself in the garbage , will the pump run with the same plug used for a dryer which uses an already large amount electricity which could short circuit and cause a fire with the help of the lint it was suppose to clean ? It can't be that hard to save money and just do it yourself 🤷🏻♂️
Laundry is my favourite chores (after baking cookies), it's the one thing my Mom and I would do together when I was a kid. When I was very small she would put me in a pillowcase and carry me around the house and I had to guess which room I was in. I remember the wringer washer - you had to be careful not to get your fingers in the rollers.
Hi! Someone else probably mentioned this... I don't use fabric softener on towels, anymore. They get build up, and become "gummy". I only use vinegar, I put it in with the detergent. It absolutely makes my towels clean and fluffy, and you don't get the vinegar smell. Happy laundry! 🙂

I know that video came out a year ago I just wanted to say you're not old I'm 16 and I love buying cleaning products and laundry products. I turned my mom onto the benefits of scent boosters , fabric softener and laundry sanitizer she thought it was extra now she is just as obsessed with it as I am we bond over it and there are so many more teens like that especially on social media
Hey beautiful! I love your laundry room.lol yes putting those heavy wet towels in the dryer is a lot! Yes when your clothes smell clean omg it’s the best. I’m using downy beads, tide, laundry sanitizer, color detergent, & downy liquid fabric softener lol a whole lot but they smell so good together. Almost at your 1k mark congratulations many more to come! 💕
I use Arm and Hammer detergent, Purex free and clear for the kids, snuggle fabric softener, vinegar, Lysol laundry sanitizer or the Clorox laundry sanitizer. And I add oxi clean to my whited to keep them looking crisp and clean!

Hey Blair. This is really good for this little Brit living in the USA now. May I ask your recommendations for some products? I have a lot of gym wear and wondering what you recommend for sweaty stinky clothes especially in the humid states where I am Living. I was brought up with line drying in the uk and having a room with a heater to dry clothes in the winter. Just I am trying not to use the dryer as much as I’m scared my clothes will be damaged and so so. Any recommendations for this lovely chick in Tennessee would be so grateful ❤

I stopped using fabric softener because the build up and clogging of my washer kept happening. I switched to using distilled vinegar and noticed it helped clean my clothes better, made fabric soft and didn’t leave it smelling vinegary. Hope this helps

Hey gorgeous! I use Arm & Hammer detergent, Downy fabric softener, OdoBan and Lysol sanitizer! I love the smell of scent beads, but they are a no go for our sensitive skin😩 You did a great job getting it ALL done!!! I love the teamwork!!! Congratulations on homeownership!!!
If you haven’t tried afresh washer cleaner yet you totally should! I use it every month in my lg front loader and have for 12 years and still going strong with my beloved washer! My dryer sadly passed away last month due to the mother board giving out but I swear by afresh! Also I just have to say thank you for not using a ton of detergent thinking it’s better for your clothes! Love it!

do americans only have dryer-friendly clothes or do they just put everything into the dryer regardless? i see this everywhere, it goes straight out of the washer into the dryer, i have loads of clothes that aren't dryer-friendly so i still have to hang some up to air dry

I tried the Tyler Glamorous Wash. I used unscented Tide and just added a small amount glamorous wash to boost the scent. Persil and Tide are my favorites and I use Downy scent beads or Arm & Hammer scent boosters. The Diva scent is nice because it’s something a guy wouldn’t mind. My neighbor uses The Diva but only on her bedding. I wouldn’t use the glamorous wash by itself without a good unscented detergent and by just adding the glamorous wash’s makes it last.
I'm from Singapore and over here we do laundry a bit differently.. After washing we'll just hang our laundry and let it dry. Most homes only have washers and no dryers as it so hot and humid here 😂 I also love to try out new laundry products every time!

So the sanitizer actually has to go in the rinse cycle (in place of fabric softener) or it does nothing, unfortunately. This video was super relaxing and beautifully done 💜
My laundry room is in the basement and the up down up down of the steps from the landing leading to the basement door then the steps going down in the basement gets my legs to burning after a while lol. Laundry day is a non stop day for me...I have my clothes my hubands my 16 year olds clothes my toddlers clothes and my father in laws clothes....its an all day task that I honestly wouldnt mind so much if it wasnt in the basement I hate having my laundry area in the basement!

I would've been slammed too if I had that many clothes to wash at once. There's been those moments when I had about 5 loads if I didn't get anything washed during the week but 8 oh my🥺. It's good when you have a husband or significant other that will help you with things around the house like this....love it.

Hey I rarely handwash! But I have had a few delicates that I needed to spot clean with tide, water, and a white rag.
My laundry room is in the basement and the up down up down of the steps from the landing leading to the basement door then the steps going down in the basement gets my legs to burning after a while lol. Laundry day is a non stop day for me...I have my clothes my hubands my 16 year olds clothes my toddlers clothes and my father in laws clothes....its an all day task that I honestly wouldnt mind so much if it wasnt in the basement I hate having my laundry area in the basement!

I would've been slammed too if I had that many clothes to wash at once. There's been those moments when I had about 5 loads if I didn't get anything washed during the week but 8 oh my🥺. It's good when you have a husband or significant other that will help you with things around the house like this....love it.
