Thank you for caring! One person CAN make a difference to help our wild friends -- one bird at a time...

It never ceases to amaze me how similar a flock of birds in the sky looks like a school of fish.

I love how the male Rainbow Lorikeet puts so much effort into his dance, and the female, well, she just stretches her wings.
My fave 'too story though, comes from my dad. He told me a story about how, in the wet season near the New South Wales and Queensland border, a truck carrying wheat came a-cropper and lost its load. The wheat fermented in the gutters, and a few days later, the road (I think it was the Pacific Hwy) was shut due to the amount of drunk Corellas staggering all over the road.

Clever, very funny, but sometimes very destructive, too.
    And well colored birds.
Birds have to fly in freedom !!! What giant swarms! Keas are similar "destructors".
    Very interesting movie .

I would also like to say I am very glad you are raising awarness about adopting parrots. Its irresponsible people who end up teaching these birds bad behaviour and giving them up. However, I can also tell you that most people cannot handle adopted parrots, it is a difficult task requiring more patience than most people are willing to sacrafice. Their psychological development is like a four year old child. Much more difficult to rehabilitate.
