    Celestron a clear winner, very good job and a very good song. I like very much my Bresser Spezial Astro 25x70 binoculars even if their magnification is 23x and not 25x as declared.

    Man, this is really one of the best comparison I've even seen. You are doing great job!
    Only thing that I would add would be to crop the final image from the smartphone so that both images show the subject having the same size. For example you could crop the Saturn photo so that it fills whole screen and then we could really compare the clarity of the image down to each pixel ;)

    Best comparison I've ever seen. Will I be able to see the Pleiades, the Andromeda galaxy, and the Crab nebula clearly through Nikon 16x50 binoculars? Of course, using a tripod.

    • @Pracitcalscience
      @Pracitcalscience  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      16x is not enough to observe Andromeda or Crab nebula, 60x or heigher can give you the best results 🙏

      I was able to see the Andromeda Galaxy with a 2.1 mm 8x magnification binocular from a bortle 6 light polluted 300.000 people city… but it was very very faint, it looked like a very very faint cloud.

    The 25 power binoculars of course have more zoom than the 16 power but I'll bet the picture quality is supperior on the nikon glass over the celestron. Just my thoughts

    my brother bought 25 70 and 20 80 about, to be honest, that one and that one in clear weather like in the video are just awesome binoculars, but if you judge the time of day where it is lighter, then 20 80 wins the more the new pro version and in the sun they are both perfect

    What are the skymaster 25x70 like qhen uaing hand held? I understand after a few minutes they will feel heavy but fkr thise few minutes of say viewing the moon is it enjoyable or is it too hard to view clearly as its very shaky in person?

      It's best to use a tripod for the 25 x 70 Celestron due to weight.
