You can buy good paid proxy list and feed it to tornet or a better program which takes custom proxy list then use it.

With a custom script you could pick only Turkish entry nodes. But I think it's impossible to pick exit nodes.

Try clearing your browser cache. Sometimes if I use a vpn my browser still knows my ip until I clear the cache.
