I’m quitting youtube. Okay, maybe not straight up “quitting”, but I’ll be taking a break from creating content that takes actual effort to make for an undefined amount of time, possibly forever. Also please note that I wrote this before uploading the Tribute, so the response to my latest video, be it positive or negative, had no impact on this decision. Yeah, sounds weird, I know. Like wtf, my subscriber count doubled in the last few months, I met a ton of youtubers in the community and I’ve just uploaded my biggest video yet, who the fuck would want to quit creating content in my position? I don’t think the fact that I was making videos purely for fun was any kind of a mystery to anyone. Uploading one 3-minute video every 4 months isn’t really in favor of the almighty youtube algorithm. You don’t see me spam “DREAM SMP IN AMONG US AT 3 AM 24 HOUR CHALLENGE ft. GEORGENOTFOUND (GONE WRONG)” twice a day, do you? If I’m having fun, I make videos, if I don’t, I take a break, as simple as that. Now over the past few years making videos has become more of a chore than a fun activity to do in my free time. I mean, editing itself for the most part is still relatively chill but what really feels like dragging my ballsack across broken glass is recording clips. For a video like this it isn’t so bad, but come on, I may be retarded but I know why most of you have subscribed to this channel - pvp montages. Since 2019 getting good clips with some weapons without getting suicidal thoughts is close to impossible. Sure, guns like the honeybadger aren’t so bad, but even then, playing on the only decently populated creative servers (Freezer) isn’t fun no matter what weapon you use. The formula of pvp montages also became quite stale to me tbh. You get a fast-paced song, you shoot block children, zoom in, and a funny noise or an image appears. Sure, there are a lot of things that can be changed, but honestly, I’m too burned out to bother with that at this point. I could try doing other styles of content which you’ve probably seen me experiment with for the last 2 years, but I keep getting the feeling like this isn’t what people really want. I want to make things that both people enjoy watching and I enjoy making. I want to be able to look back at my videos a year from now and be like “damn, I’m proud of myself, this is some good shit”. I could keep going and experimenting with new things but as I’ve said, I’m mostly just too burned out to bother, not to mention the fact that I also want to focus more on real-life stuff nowadays. I’m turning 18 soon after all and I’d kinda want to contribute to society in some way lol. As of right now, I have no interest in continuing my youtube bullshittery. I might still upload a 30-second shitpost every now and then, but don’t expect much. Will I ever come back? Most likely. Probably not any time soon though. DO NOT ASK ME ON SOCIAL MEDIA OR IF YOU MEET ME IN-GAME WHEN I WILL COME BACK BECAUSE I DON’T KNOW MYSELF. If I ever decide to do so, I’ll let you know first. If you ever need to talk, just @ me on Twitter or Discord (I don’t accept friend req from randoms though) Well I guess that’s it, thanks for watching my garbage lol Subscribe to staswalle and LiamDoesGame See ya idk when
Im sad to see you go as i subbed purely for the editing skill, but i understand your decision entirely. Making videos eventually feels like a major chore when you arent having fun, but when you are its a blast to make content, so from one player to another: take care of yourself, your worth it even if you dont think you are we all lose touch with the things we enjoy, but that doesnt mean we cant find new ones. It was an enjoyable ride watching your videos for the last few months, and thanks for not blowing up my notifications tab. Hope to see you again soon!
This video is great. Brought back so many memories... Like this one time on Russia... We had e-lessons, so basically - sit all day in front of the computer doing nothing. Me, Witek and two other friends decided to play some Unturned. We would hop on a survival server, all at the same time. We would loot and run around. Eventually we built a base near the mili base. My friend always plays sniper-type characters in videogames, so he got an idea. We built him a sniper nest on a tree and he would spend 6-8 irl hours a day sniping ppl on mili with a supressed Snayperska. Others didn't even knew what hit them. He didn't even loot them. He kept asking if we found ghillie clothes in the deadzone and eventually renovated the sniper nest, bulding it entirely from ghillie netting, wearing ghillie only, having a green bedroll in the back. The point of the bedroll was not what you'd think. Once he ran out of food/drinks he just suicided and respawned back there. We only supplied him with metal to repair his collection of suppressors and ammo. Although it may seem not that useful, eventually we gained some infamy points thanks to him. After 2-3 days people stopped even visiting the mili base, so we could loot it freely. But one time, there was a coordinated attack. Two groups attacked us while we were looting the base. One with an APC and the second with an Annushka. I remember that he was able to snipe down the plane's pilot and the APC was driving around in circles in fear, looking for the sniper, hidden on a tree right next to them. Eventually, we stole both vehicles and came out on top. We organised a military parade and airdropped supplies to newly spawned players. Another story is from Elver. We wanted to try it out, so we decided SOD would be a good place for a true hardcore survival experience. We built a small metal base and through all the looting and shooting made enemies with a russian faction. One of them was called "Lost and Lonely". We would basically kill each other on sight, shittalk each other in chat etc. But then our base got raided. We thought it was the russian guys, but no. It was two polish guys, that we eventually ended up allying with. I still have them on steam and their nicknames are "Blucek" and "RainbowDie". We would often trade stuff and give our gear to each other after one of us accidentally killed the other. We said that we would destroy the russians, but eventually we stopped playing there because of a wipe. I still see Lost on some servers I join and although back then we declared them enemies and we're still putting up this "oh no it's L&L" fasade, it does put a smile on my face to see him. Blucek and Rainbow are also still playing the game, so if any of you see this, cheers to you mates. Here's your essay Silver ;) Good times...
I only just discovered this video and it's absolutely incredible, I still need to watch the whole thing but honestly thank you so much for your kind words 😃 Edit: Just finished the video and WOW, this video is a work of art and the amount of detail and work put into it is just astonishing!
i am tommy's brother, and i found out about unturned when he was playing with his friend vdlq, back in 2017-2018, i was obsessed about the style and the game itself, at that time i didn't have any computer so i would only play on tommys laptop when he was doing work, going on any fun modded pvp servers my eye could see, in 2021 i finally got a kickass pc, and i started playing unturned with him, i've gotten 1000 hours in total, and i've made tons of friends, and it's the best game i've ever played, from the shenanigans on fudgys rp, to brads rp server, ive never felt so good playing a game, watching this finding out this video randomly i couldnt help but be excited and happy about the moments i've had so far, also seing my brother being ur frist sub war pretty funny to me, thanks man, you have made my day
The memories I have of this game are intense. I used to spend days with minimal sleep playing this game with my best friend Alex. We would dominate servers and have ran into many toxic admins that cheated to raid us, flying around being invincible and stuff like that. Some names you remember like my arch nemesis Ranger Rick. The first time you get the mini gun, or that satisfying moment getting an Alice pack or C4 and raiding a base. Getting away with 0% health somehow or flying a jet. Or putting as many bullshit items you can on a vehicle. Unfortunately Alex passed away in 2019 and haven't played since, but watching your videos reminds me of those good memories. I miss the game. I wish I had the time to play it.
This was honestly a great watch. I don't have much when it comes to the unturned community since a good chunk of my playtime was on singleplayer but when me and a friend wanted to try playing together but didn't want to rely on joining some random server I went ahead and looked into making my own private server for friends to play on. It was such a long tedious process that I barely managed to figure out but it was worth it lol. We all still play unturned together to this day too especially now that it's easier to make a private server. I have a few videos on my channel of some of that experience as well and I still have some recordings that I have yet to put into a video but eventually I'll get to that lol. More folks should definitely play this game it's always a blast with friends.
My brother and his cousin once played this game, it was 10 years ago. They showed me what and how. I started playing it, but I was afraid of zombies because I was a little child. when I was 16, I came back to this game to see if it was still available, from then on I played all the maps on Snigle Player. I came back to the game at the age of 20 and now I enjoy learning new maps, this time on multiplayer servers. I also met many nice and unpleasant people playing on servers. that's my story, how about you? share in the coment's bellow.
i started playing unturned back in 2016 because i kept seeing videos of unturned and it looked hella fun, i kept begging my older brother to download it for me since i still didnt know how to do crap on a pc, i was 8 years old at that time, i wish i could go back to all the 6 years of memories in this game, i kept playing because of how happy it made me, it was the first game i never wanted to stop playing, played rp,semi-rp,vanilla, and modded, everything was so fun but now the servers i played are now gone or are dead, especially the vanilla ones, the friends i made along the way, the enemies i fought, i enjoyed everything to the last bit until it got boring for me after 6 years but now im starting to play again, and i almost shed a tear when i loaded in, i love this game and i will never stop loving it, i almost forgot to mention how much i screamed at my mic when dying to someone lmao, i still remember when nykorev could raid and dragonfang only needed ordinary military boxes to refill it and when i was a free to play player haha
57:19 YO THATS ME 59:14 YO THATS ME AGAIN ok seriously, kuwait SMP was the best experience ive ever had in unturned. meeting all the other community members, talking to the people who ive met from older events like the first uncrafted, and everything else, it was great. god i want that back
I first discovered Unturned in about 2016, but only really started playing this year. There's something about the simple graphics, weapons, items, functions, vehicles, hell, even all the buggy physics that made me come back over and over.
Incredible video, I can't even imagine how much effort it must've taken to create. The music was really good too. I'll do a little timeline thing like in the video. 2016: Very early in the year I started watching people like Paulsoaresjr, MeLikebigBoom, 2rgames, and definitely others play Unturned, and I (obviously) wanted to play it. I tried to download it on mobile but there was only rip-off games made with free assets, so I had to actually get it on Steam. I played mostly singleplayer, getting annihilated every time I played in multiplayer pvp. I took a break from the game because it got boring only playing singleplayer. 2017: I tried to introduce some friends to the game in multiplayer, but only one really stuck. We played the hell out of this game. I still remember chasing the train on a Russia creative pvp server in a Chariot, then trying to defend it once we captured it. Eventually we started making videos together in 2019. 2018: Not much really happened for me here that I can remember, but I was still playing it a lot. 2019: Me and my friend started making videos together. They were absolutely terrible, but that didn't matter. They were fun to make (particularly setting them up in my case). What's cool is that we actually got some views since we entered into the video contest thing. We lost, but who cares. It was really fun to make. I also got 2400 hours here just before the requirements for the U2 beta were reduced. 2020: I had a lot of fun in 2020. I ended up playing more survival this year, with a little Elver in there. Rice Chef returned to the game, and I actually got the pleasure of talking to him. Playing in the T6S beta was really nice too. Late in the year, me and a bunch of people from Rice Chef's discord made a huge base and team on a survival Washington server, eventually allying with the guys across from us. 2021: Starting playing way more survival and community events. Had a lot of fun in the Kuwait SMP building a base and meeting cool people. One of my friends who used to play Unturned on my brother's computer at my house finally got the game for himself on Steam. Also had a lot of fun with Younus so far this year playing survival and doing ridiculous shit on Freezzer like armoring a hind so much that you couldn't even see a single green part exposed, then attacking Seattle and killing everyone that dared expose themselves. This game seriously means so much to me. I've met so many cool people, and had so many moments. I can't wait for 4.0 to come out in seven more years!
I've had a similar experience when it comes to playing because your friend introduced you, my friend showed me this game like 3 years ago and we had such a shit ton of fun, but he hasn't played in like a year and I hope to talk to him again cuz he hasn't been around for a while. Still though I'm able to make new friends on Unturned here and there and I'm glad I can still enjoy playing it
I started playing Unturned in 2015 because I thought it was a free version of Minecraft... yeah I know. I was 14 at the time and back then, girls playing video games was considered as something out of the ordinary. I NEVER used my mic because I was too insecure about my voice. I just wanted to play Unturned! and be good at it :D I remember liking the game so much, that I subscribed to almost every Unturned TH-camr back then, including LiamDoesGame! I used to enjoy playing PEI Arena so much. I remember one time where I experienced admin aboos for the first time. I was chilling on PEI Arena when I was left with the last person to eliminate, when all of a sudden I find myself on the other side of the map, outside of the circle. I was being tpd out of the circle just to die from the arena. Jokes on the admins though, cause I had a bunch of medkits on me xD So yeah, I still won that match although I was being thrown around. 2016-2019 was a big blur. I took a long break from Unturned to focus on school and exams until I met Liam! I used to watch Liam's videos before we even knew each other! We met IRL through work. Yes, me and Liam used to work together. Some time passed and we found each other again! This was around 2019. Liam got me back to playing Unturned and it was the best day. Him teaching me what was new with the game and the insane pro movement when it comes to PvP encounters made me love the game more than before. He invited me to record videos with him and that is when people started to recognize me. Fast-forward to 2021. In January, I got a really fun idea to try streaming Unturned! I wanted to bring people together to just enjoy the game with each other. April 2021 - I introduced my first ever game mode event: the Red vs Blue. I was so overwhelmed with the number of people that played and actually enjoyed the event - I was happy! The fact that others had fun in something that I did just makes me happy. To bring players together to have fun is such a nice feeling that no words can explain. Here I am now - July 2021, from the girl who was too shy to speak in a game to a totally different individual. Unturned changed me in a way that I am finally happy with myself around others. I know there are A LOT of bullies and bad people in the community, but with the bad comes the good. And to that, I end with this: "In a world where you can be anything. Be kind."
I first fell in love with this game when pauljasourjr first started making videos on it, I watched every video which eventually led me to nylex which just felt like a game made for me it was perfect. By age 12 I was able to finally buy a laptop of my own, played the game everyday for about 6 months, before life got in the way, now I’m sitting here 7 years later with a full time job and friends and happy I can still make time to get a few hours every night. This game is the best!
after years of playing the game for the first time, i convinced my friends to play it. i never played pvp, and mostly played singleplayer so when i introduced them to a closed server everyone had a shitton of fun for a month at least
My favorite memory on unturned was when I met 2 players named blue beast and wolf, they let me team up with them and after they logged off I upgraded the base and decorate the whole thing. I still remember there reaction when I showed it to them the next day
I remember becoming interested in unturned at 2015 when i was 7, my moms boyfriend let me play it on his laptop and i was instantly hooked, I kept up with the game as much as I could through youtube, in 2018 my sister bought a laptop she never used, i started playing unturned on that, a year later one of my Dads friends gave us an actual gaming laptop, Ive put in 3,800 hours since than Unturned has genuinely been my favorite game for as long as Ive been playing games, it was seriously the first game I ever played and I still love it Thank you Nelson for blessing us with this Creation of (imo) the best video game ever
ive had a similar unturned experience i first started playing shortly after russia released i first started on PvE servers like you did, i spent like over 30 hours on the first one i found after that server shut down i also switched to arena, but not as long as you did when i got bored of arena i also switched to creative, i mained a server called nexis realms, god i miss that server i even met the owner of that server, he was really nice and even invited me into his sky base i met many people on that server, a few of them i still talk to today
Well back in 2018 I started playing Unturned with my best older friend. I won't lie we didn't had any idea of basics how to play the game. Our first map we played was Germany, the most hilarious thing we done on the server was straight up looting towns on stealth and after few hours we got bored, cause we were stupid little kids. Then next day we went on PEI tried to make a base, get weapons, basic stuff and it didn't go well from what I remember, but if I would be able I would describe it better. Now in 2022 after some break in our relationship. I started playing Unturned, and next map we're playing is Kuwait, just for laughs, funs, to complete quests and boss. I recently find out about your channel and Im kinda watching your vids and I love your content, cause it's something different for me than any other youtubers, so good luck out there. Btw sorry if I'm speakin bullshit af but I'm Ill xd Kocham naród Polski :)
damn, i remember hopping on chingoon pvp, messing around with scorpion, XeX and the whole gang. and how good at pvp you were on the sever. the lennys we used to spam. good times
I mostly host servers in unturned. The goal wasnt to create a popular server or the one that the most people enjoyed, but one that people like me enjoyed. I never got to play on those servers then and now as I did and still prioritise the individuals enjoyment of the server and thus I was and am to busy setting up events or other stuff to play.
I just got your channel reccomended to me and Ive been loving the content so far! Even though I barely play unturned on my own, I love watching your creations ! Great edditing and music choice ! Keep up the good work ! All the love and support from Polish lad
I watched unturned youtube for a solid 2 or 3 years before I started playing as I didn't have a powerful enough computer. I started playing on a creative server in december 2017 which became my main server. I played unturned on and off for years. I still return to the game often and remains the only game I have over 1000 hours in.
I have discovered unturned in the mid 2020's and i started with my friend. He taught me many things but mainly base building. It was on a PEI server so we got raided a lot. But we never gave up. After that we started doing some PVP and thats why i am here. I met a lot of friends long the way and we still remember everything with my friends and we even celebrate every year (It hasn't been that long but we have celebrated in the last year). Mainly i can thank a lot of Unturned youtubers like silverboi and p9. I did take a break for a few months but then my friends asked me to play again. Thats why i have been playing for like 2 weeks every day now. But mainly all my friends are in fights now sadly so now it is basically only me. With a few new friends. But i am still an active player to this day :)
Thank you for making this video! Many of your experiences in the first few years of 3.0 reflect my own and watching this has brought back many memories of playing with my cousin. The third person strat was very real and going onto a creative mode server and defending a base built on a skyscraper in the middle of Seattle was a blast! The farming mod was also my favorite mod 😅
God I love how like everyone who's been playing for years has had a similar experience. Soooo, personally I started out roughly in February of 2016. My friends I met online in Minecraft had recommended me to play this cool blocky zombie shooter, and also to move from Skype to Discord. So I joined up with them on a survival Washington server. They had started building a base out in the corner by Heritage Valley, and I had no clue as to what I was doing. I made several runs down to the valley and Seattle, going around Olympia most of the time cuz you know, pvp and all. Had a pretty decent amount of stuff, was figuring out the game and pissing them off with my building placements. Played on the server a few more times until our base got raided, and ended up quitting. We would go to play a TON of arena and survival servers for hours on end after school. Obviously threw in other games to help break up the monotony, but spent a good amount of time playing. Eventually my friends grew bored of the game, so I ended playing a lot on my own or with some random people in servers I ended up joining. I met a bunch of people on RP and arena servers, and don't talk to any of them anymore. I began stacking up on this one military RP server for the longest time, eventually starting my own and a trying to host/co-host a couple servers with someone I met playing. However, around about 2019 my interest in the game died a lot. I didn't have many people to play with, many servers to play on that were interesting (RIP TDM), and my attention was getting eaten a lot by a certain plane and tank game that I now have sunk over 4k hours in, on top of the 1.3k on Unturned. I would randomly come back to itch that survival craving, but it never really was what I wanted it to be. I've actually come back to the game recently, as my gaming habits have basically become rotating like 4 games that I play in my free time. With a full-time job helping balance out the down days, it's been growing on me again. I'm up to 1.5k as I write this, and am trying to host a server for some friends. Overall, its been a fun 8 years, witnessing everything that's happened from then to now. Seeing all the old updates makes me really nostalgic for the old days, back when the only burden was school. It's kinda funny knowing when you were off school playing Unturned, I was as well. Granted on different servers in different time zones with different languages, but still playing and experiencing all the new updates and toys. I'll have to keep playing, maybe I'll see you one day *seeing that you posted that video 2 weeks ago*
I remember that "Sharkie's Survival" PvE PEI server, I followed Sharkie on Twitch and friended him on Steam, I'm not entirely sure what he's up to now but last I checked he was playing the truck simulator games on stream. That server was really fun though.
My first multiplayer experience was playing PEI with friends using some sketchy Chinese VPN program to connect to my friends’ computers so we could play in the same session. Good times.
I used to play this game along time ago before any of the events you described in this video, in fact I didnt even know they existed. I might just return back to Unturned
I remember us consulting you creating a channel on yt in the school library! (I sat through the entire vid having never touched unturned in my whole life lol)
Awesome video man, I recently got back into this game and have had so much fun with it lol. The game is still as amazing as I remember it from when I first played!! Just watched a timeline lore video on the gmae that was almost an hour long, and gosh its so fun and cool. Thanks for sharing your story, this game truly is awesome.
Love this vid. My unturned experience was just playing the first version of it and then playing on some rp server for a day or two in 2018-2019 and that was it lmao. Tried launching it recently and BRUH the difficulty fucking increased
I remember one time I was on this rp server with my friend owie we were the average 10 year olds trying to make money selling guns we even had a group of like 4 people looting guns for us while we paid them in super OP weapons of course as we didn’t have money from constantly buying guns from others and buying more lockers for the small storage and trying to have fun at the same time keep in mind this was around 2017-2018 so when unturned was in its peak we even had our own “custom gear” even though it was a kit on the server that costed around 100k of the servers currency.
I remember when I first joined the game a couple of years ago and went online to a PVE server on PEI, I had no idea how to build bases so I ended up building a shack out of freeform objects and the server admin had to tell me to remove it because it was laggin the server XD, it was called the shack of comradery and me and a friend said in chat if anyone would like to chill at the shack, another person tpa'd to us and started mic spamming bass boosted russian music. It was a very fun couple days.
The first time i ever played unturned was with a friend on the russia map.. where the first thing i saw when i spawned was 6 russians sitting around a camp fire drinking glue singing folk songs. I sat there drinking glue with them for a good 10 minutes or so. Ever since then i have had a crippling addiction to glue...
I started plying unturned since 2015 when I got my first PC. How I found out the game was because of 2Rgames in one of their build videos. I started to like that game and wanted to try it. But when I downloaded the PC, I remembered that I wanted to try unturned so I installed steam and then Unturned. For at least spending 100 hours in single player, I decided to join unturned servers but at that time LYHME were the most popular of them all. I joined a workshop server and the map was amazing. It was called BC British Columbia Pine Valley and I fell in love with it. Everyday, I would join that map and have fun until Russia came out and Games2much took off BS British Columbia Pine Valley. But otherwise, my best memories of unturned were in that map and hope it comes back
Great Great GREAT fucking Video man. Didn't expect to watch an hour long Unturned Video in 2021 by some Unturned Shitposter i never heard of but damn man you did an amazing job with that video and getting some feeling up that i didn't know i had left for the game. Hopefully we all will come back in 4.0 .
I've honestly met some really cool people in my time playing unturned like i have this moment carved in my brain me and some friends where getting raided and i just got and i think it was a echo or a timberwolf and sniped the dude trying to raid us and i think it was a no scope
I remember when Cube World was popular and people wanted to play it...Honestly, I would like to tell you about my Unturned journey, but I won't, because it's 770 hours of memories, good and bad. I will just say that it was a long journey with upsides and downsides of it's own
Wait by chance do you play rainbow six siege? For some reason i hear one of the intro themes about 26 (26:30) minutes into the vid. EDIT: XD you actually talk about siege later in the vid.
Ah Unturned childhood. Started almost 8 years ago back in 2016 3.0 First thing I did was play in singleplayer for awhile, eventually, I wanted to host a server with friends. (was using Unturned Server Organizer, anyone remember that? xD) Met some of my best internet friends that day. We still talk from time to time, but all in all we all went our separate way. I started making TH-cam, they've continued school.
PEI,2020 me and my friend were building a base on the Holman Isle.We eyed out a Romanian guy called Tom he had -1k rep and to us its alot since we had -150 rep combined.3 Hours in we spotted the Romanian,Death con 6.We defended the base for so long and we lost so many guns ended up begging him not to raid us.He invited us to the squad and the long lasting friendship started
I first played the game in 2015-early 2017 and I had a lot of fun but for me the most memorable time was back in 2018 when I found a server called blocksburg it was a pve server none of this 10x loot no random kits no build limit no /home it was just a pure vanilla server and I met some of the nicest people I had ever met on the game on there I joined onto the server again today but it kinda had 0 players one but still it felt good. also I miss the old lyhme servers when they were popping with players
ik this video is old, but i do remember shitting on an entire server by myself back in Unturned 2.0. yeah im that old. i stopped playing for a few years cause i moved on then. Recently came back to enjoy all the new content i have missed out on. and man, it brings back a lot of memories.
lol I can hear the Polish accent when you are speaking. at least I can actually understand what you are saying :D Edit: Also 55:25 MOM GET THE CAMERA IM IN AN EPIB YUTYBERS VIDUEO
I remember a long time ago, I was playing this game with my brother and we joined one of those servers with currency, We had like 500k and one older dude managed to convince us that if we paid them 500k, we would join their team, their team was pretty big and they probably said this to alot of other guys so i emptied my wallet for him and so did my brother, we reach Petersburg and we get sniped with a grizzly, 2 guys died and i didn't know where he got that gun since its pretty rare, Anyway we reach moscow and his friends are waiting for us and then shoot us down, We respawn, completly hopeless and i spawn with another guy, we have a talk for 10 minutes and afterwards he says he needs to go and he'll be on at the same time tommorow, he never came back :(
i gotta say, im now depressed. this shows me that the community was bustling and i wasnt there...i want to feel like a part of the unturned community like the legends that are mentioned in this story. but its too late, i fucked up. No turning back as while the game still charms me to this day with enjoyable gaeplay, its lost its larger community members and left me yearning for more...if i ever become a big part of the community i will make a tribute as well as a memory of the good old days. i didnt know i was making memories, nor know if i am now. Im just having fun...
how to say, unturned is at the origin of a large part of my social life on the internet, limits entirely, on this game with the Rp communities I met so many people who are today real friends, incredible that after years I met some of them in person and with others we planned a hike all together, 10/10 (1300 hours to my credit but I stopped playing games since)
When I first heard of unturned it was like 2019? I started watching fudgys unturned rp videos and was super invested in them and I didn't have a pc at that time, but I had like a computer never heard of steam or any of the most common stuff on a computer. when I played Roblox I found dead zone and played it because yk it was fun and I never realized till a year ago that dead zone was the start of unturned and I was basically playing yk unturned, but in 2021 for Christmas I got my pc and a nice monitor and started learning more things about pc and when I found out that I can get unturned for free on a app on my pc called steam I immediately got it when. I got it the first server I ever played on was nylex rp at the time I thought that unturned rp was the actual unturned thought the survival stuff was made for the people that didn't want to rp but I learned that yk survival is unturned and not rp after getting bullied on nylex rp I moved on to fudgys semi rp it was pretty fun when he still posted content and his server at least had 30 players or more and the safe zones were always full of people having fun opening restaurants or gun shops and outside of the safe zones you could just pvp and go looting yk. after my fudgy semi rp phase and making a friend that I still play and talk with I moved on to normal unturned survival servers. I think my first unturned survival server was Russia maybe or Washington anyways I found out it's a little hard and complicated so I moved on (I know how to play normal unturned survival servers now I just don't) to semi survival servers that have tpa and max skills (I also played ones with no max skills but it doesn't reduce your skills when you die) and /home or whatever and I've just been playing those I've made a ton of friends on survival, rp, and semi survival servers and half of them I still talk to or play with to this day I've had a ton of frustrating moments funny moments and just chill times playing unturned I think it matters about the people you ally with or friends you make and what type of server your on but where ever you are in unturned you can always find a way to learn something new, make new friends, and get called racial slurs or mean words while pvping or getting raided or raiding somebody else if, you're reading this and your new to unturned or don't have it give the game a try and you will find that it has its moments. -Noob
This game is quite Literally my life... There was this one day 2015 I joined unturned. I was the 15 year old squeaker lol and maybe I had my times in the arena waiting room corners(the darkest kinds of corner) and yes I had my times but I shall just tell you one. It was 2018 I was an epic chad gamer I hit head shots like no tomorrow so we were playing on this unturned zombie world semi rp server the name was el chapo and you grew weed and could sell it to the admins (before npc’s) and I remember getting hella money buying a Bugatti and then we were looting some place I forget exactly where but our planes were are escape vehicles and we just like wiped the whole server of 18 kids with my clan that me and a friend I met on the game ran. We were running back to the planes and he wanted to drive the plane and I was like dude don’t crash and he was like “I got this” we hopped in the planes rolled a few inches and exploded I used to get so mad but this time I just couldn’t stop laughing because dude barely even moved but it was because it was on those bumps on top of that mountain and I guess they just blow up you’re plane you can’t even get flight but I remember those servers being so glitchy like if you drove your car in the road that was fucked up then your car and you would get stuck on nothing
Personally I played Unturned because it was installed on our family laptop back in 2015 😅(probably my big bro who downloaded it, idk) I played with friends, mostly survival, where we made bases and such, we got raided unfortunately. I also teamed with randoms. Me and my friends backstabbed teammates, and got backstabbed every now and then. I made servers, players joined my Discord server, I got invited to other Discord servers related to Unturned, so I joined a bunch of more Discord servers, I helped people with servers, I moderated servers, developed discord bots, developed websites, and idk what else 🔥
Im from detroit console edition but i remember my first experience in unturned was in cyprus and im minding my buissness and i meet some really nice guy and we head on down to a military zone and gear up. I think a while after that i get domed by a squad
the lhyme server was too real, i gained at least a few hundred hours from a florida lhyme server a few years back, i have no clue how i managed that with only vanilla items lol
I remember when i was young i was watching youtube and i saw people play unturned and i was like "wow, i want that game" but i didnt have a computer but i think that didnt even know what a computer fucking was because i was so retarded. Now years later in 2022 i got a setup and months later i remember about unturned i went on steam and downloaded unturned. I almost cried as i wanted to play unturned for years but i never got a setup. I only played PEI for days until i decided to play germany and now i have 180 something hours of playtime on unturned. Now i have played the other maps like Elver, Belgium, Russia and yadda yadda yadda. Unturned is a amazing game, i do remember i guy that i played with his name was thimpien i think and he was a really nice person but one day i got angry and i said whore something? I dont really remember but he got mad and killed me. Thimpien if you see this then im sorry what i said, i never meant to make you mad or sad I wish that i could play with you on unturned. Miss you buddy...
I remember this hot summer and playing on atomic play until the evening when all of. Us went outside to ride bikes Still playing unturned since 2014 Love the game so much still But I can't really play like normal people anymore it's just to time consuming Mostly blocking houses in SOD Petersburg and owning a city for a day or two Playing music on seven radios while being raided
ok so im too lazy to write a full on essay, maybe later when i have nothing to do but [around like 2017 or 2018] im new to game, i try every gamemode, i find pve the best gamemode, find one full vanilla pve server with only 8 player slots, meet this one dude, i show him my base which is a prison cell (it was on pei), he shows me this huge base at the very south of the map at the farm, he tells me about this other guy that goes around attempting to make other peoples lives absolute hell, thats why i showed him my cell base cuz he suspected that i was an alt, anyways he invited me to the group and we became good friends, we vibe some time, until were in the military base and this hostile dude comes and places a horde beacon somewhere, now i only had a determinator, that pistol shotgun thing, which is kinda weak against horde beacons with that many people, anyways everyone else is struggling with the zombies and im forced to climb up the tower and, i dont have enough ammo to take them out and i cant run for it cuz i will die if i go down there, so basically he trapped me in the military base using a beacon, anyways i did die and he stole my alicepack, few days later he gets a tank and threatens to blow up some poor dudes house, but he doesnt, a week goes by and the server starts to die, as in the group i was in were the only people playing on the server, no new people, no crazy dude that traps people using beacons and threatens with tanks, and the group leader and we are in our base vibing when he hears the sound of grass, now nobody was outside and we were all in the base, were all like: u sure u heard something and hes like: yeye im sure, this base is unprotected and bad and i heard some sounds, lets build a underwater metal base, and thats what we did, few days later the wooden farm base gets wrecked, we complete the metal base, lose motivation to play on the server and the server shuts down, later on we keep in touch trough discord and create our own server which was similar to the previous one, nothing special really happened i mean it was a regular server that changed maps once in a while and was popping off, there was occasional drama like "who raided that base" or "why is this guy so hostile" but nothing special, that server has 52 members, according to discord and completley dead, people keep leaving and theres no unturned server if ur wondering im still in contact with most of the people from that group on the old server, also this turned out to be an essay but im gonna keep the first line in because why not also right after i posted this i remembered who got me into unturned, youtube reccomendations, it reccomended me fudgy's unturned life roleplay, 1st episode, i watched it and wanted to try the game for myself cuz the gameplay looked hella fun
People always shit all over this game. Looking at this game from the surface it looks pretty underwhelming too. Until you actually try it and realize it has so so much to it. For being made by a single humble 16 year old kid it is a super impressive, successful and unmatched for what it is.
God, RUSSIA AS RELEASED AT 2016????? I remember it as it was yesterday. Unturned gave me a lot of good memories in my childhood, how i offered to play it to my friend, how we were 2 iq who didn't knew that servers existed, i even remember how i was afraid of full moon. I dont even have a lot of time played in Unturned, but i can say for sure, that this game means a lot for me, she gave me a chance to meet so much nice people, getting raided, and building over, and over again. I have so many great memories which Unturned gifted to me, that if i would write every single one down here, it would took not less than an hour. I cant even describe a level of nostalgia that i felt when remembered all the things that i have gotten through while playing this great game. (My skin addiction started from Unturned, thank you for my empty wallet, Nelson). I am insanely grateful to Nelson, for giving me a great childhood, and to silver, who made me remember all of these great moments. I want to thank them all.
If you ever need to talk, just @ me on Twitter or Discord (I don’t accept friend req from randoms though)
Well I guess that’s it, thanks for watching my garbage lol
Subscribe to staswalle and LiamDoesGame
See ya idk when
Ok BTW hope u have a nice summer
Im sad to see you go as i subbed purely for the editing skill, but i understand your decision entirely. Making videos eventually feels like a major chore when you arent having fun, but when you are its a blast to make content, so from one player to another: take care of yourself, your worth it even if you dont think you are we all lose touch with the things we enjoy, but that doesnt mean we cant find new ones. It was an enjoyable ride watching your videos for the last few months, and thanks for not blowing up my notifications tab. Hope to see you again soon!
👍
Dam man's wrote a 4 year paragraph
I wish every server was like "Sharkie's survival", rather than "OP KITS/10X LOOT/TPA/HOME"
I HATE POLSKI-SURVIVAL
I HATE POLSKI-SURVIVAL
Yea I just got back into unturned and I didn’t even bother looking for a server, I just made my own to just play survival with friends
I got unturned back in 2019 and god I wish those servers and arena existed now

18:05
True.
Bro Made fun of ur name ooof
Here's your essay Silver ;)
Good times...
Oh lost&lonely? I saw him last time when I was playing Roez Vanilla with Elver map.
I only just discovered this video and it's absolutely incredible,
I still need to watch the whole thing but honestly thank you so much for your kind words 😃
Edit: Just finished the video and WOW,
this video is a work of art and the amount of detail and work put into it is just astonishing!
i am tommy's brother, and i found out about unturned when he was playing with his friend vdlq, back in 2017-2018, i was obsessed about the style and the game itself, at that time i didn't have any computer so i would only play on tommys laptop when he was doing work, going on any fun modded pvp servers my eye could see, in 2021 i finally got a kickass pc, and i started playing unturned with him, i've gotten 1000 hours in total, and i've made tons of friends, and it's the best game i've ever played, from the shenanigans on fudgys rp, to brads rp server, ive never felt so good playing a game, watching this finding out this video randomly i couldnt help but be excited and happy about the moments i've had so far, also seing my brother being ur frist sub war pretty funny to me, thanks man, you have made my day
The memories I have of this game are intense.
Glad to hear you enjoyed creative on ChingoonPvP, hopefully we can continue the creative experience on Unturned II!
Unturned is just this game that you play without knowing 10 years is the time you've been playing it
My brother and his cousin once played this game, it was 10 years ago.
57:19 YO THATS ME
59:14 YO THATS ME AGAIN
ok seriously, kuwait SMP was the best experience ive ever had in unturned. meeting all the other community members, talking to the people who ive met from older events like the first uncrafted, and everything else, it was great. god i want that back
yeah it was fucking awesome
you're welcome
@@zman1064 now bring it back, maybe on a different map like france
1:24 holy shit its me omg
*Probabilities*
I first discovered Unturned in about 2016, but only really started playing this year. There's something about the simple graphics, weapons, items, functions, vehicles, hell, even all the buggy physics that made me come back over and over.
DUDE, ZOMBIEWORLD WAS THE SHIT.
that map is so fucking good
Incredible video, I can't even imagine how much effort it must've taken to create.
Is Unturned my favorite game? I don't know. But fuck it's helped me so much.
Wow, I absolutely love this video. The editing, cinematics, storytelling - it's just awesome, great job Silver!
Be kind."
Wow
❤
I still remember there reaction when I showed it to them the next day
I remember becoming interested in unturned at 2015 when i was 7, my moms boyfriend let me play it on his laptop and i was instantly hooked, I kept up with the game as much as I could through youtube, in 2018 my sister bought a laptop she never used, i started playing unturned on that, a year later one of my Dads friends gave us an actual gaming laptop, Ive put in 3,800 hours since than
Unturned has genuinely been my favorite game for as long as Ive been playing games, it was seriously the first game I ever played and I still love it
Thank you Nelson for blessing us with this Creation of (imo) the best video game ever
ive had a similar unturned experience
i first started playing shortly after russia released
i first started on PvE servers like you did, i spent like over 30 hours on the first one i found
after that server shut down i also switched to arena, but not as long as you did
when i got bored of arena i also switched to creative, i mained a server called nexis realms, god i miss that server
i even met the owner of that server, he was really nice and even invited me into his sky base
i met many people on that server, a few of them i still talk to today
Btw sorry if I'm speakin bullshit af but I'm Ill xd
Kocham naród Polski :)
I still miss 2rgames to this day, shoutout to all who where in their steam group and groupes up with me on the freezzer srrvers😢
I remember the atmosphere of warmth and fun that 2015-2016 gave me as I played on an EU Washington server with some friends I met on there :)
One of my friends who I still game with to this day was made a long time ago on unturned. It’s got a special place in my heart fs
damn, i remember hopping on chingoon pvp, messing around with scorpion, XeX and the whole gang. and how good at pvp you were on the sever. the lennys we used to spam. good times
( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
I mostly host servers in unturned.
The goal wasnt to create a popular server or the one that the most people enjoyed, but one that people like me enjoyed.
I never got to play on those servers then and now as I did and still prioritise the individuals enjoyment of the server and thus I was and am to busy setting up events or other stuff to play.
The old arena lobbies upon it’s release we’re something else
I just got your channel reccomended to me and Ive been loving the content so far!
Even though I barely play unturned on my own, I love watching your creations !
Great edditing and music choice !
Keep up the good work !

Yo this was actually an epic video well done dude subbed
Koksem jesteś, nie zmieniaj się B)
I remember that "Sharkie's Survival" PvE PEI server, I followed Sharkie on Twitch and friended him on Steam, I'm not entirely sure what he's up to now but last I checked he was playing the truck simulator games on stream. That server was really fun though.
Man. Watching the whole thing, at the end i had a tear. I can relate to everything 🥲
So good, made me think of all of my nostalgic times
This guy made me laugh every time i was sad because i was raided by Russian Kid. Thank you for fun that i had with you.
My cheaper brother :)
I remember us consulting you creating a channel on yt in the school library! (I sat through the entire vid having never touched unturned in my whole life lol)
holy fuck i think i remember that lol
For me the best unturned video on TH-cam
Awesome video man, I recently got back into this game and have had so much fun with it lol. The game is still as amazing as I remember it from when I first played!!
Just watched a timeline lore video on the gmae that was almost an hour long, and gosh its so fun and cool.
Thanks for sharing your story, this game truly is awesome.
Love this vid.
My unturned experience was just playing the first version of it and then playing on some rp server for a day or two in 2018-2019 and that was it lmao.
Tried launching it recently and BRUH the difficulty fucking increased
Big ups man this is great
I remember one time I was on this rp server with my friend owie we were the average 10 year olds trying to make money selling guns we even had a group of like 4 people looting guns for us while we paid them in super OP weapons of course as we didn’t have money from constantly buying guns from others and buying more lockers for the small storage and trying to have fun at the same time keep in mind this was around 2017-2018 so when unturned was in its peak we even had our own “custom gear” even though it was a kit on the server that costed around 100k of the servers currency.
my introduction to the game was literally the same as you lmao
great video
This video is so great, good job, Unturned is a so good game.👍
Absolutely great story of your life with this hell of a game
I remember when I first joined the game a couple of years ago and went online to a PVE server on PEI, I had no idea how to build bases so I ended up building a shack out of freeform objects and the server admin had to tell me to remove it because it was laggin the server XD, it was called the shack of comradery and me and a friend said in chat if anyone would like to chill at the shack, another person tpa'd to us and started mic spamming bass boosted russian music. It was a very fun couple days.
Making Easter Island and Christmas In July were a lot of fun, despite being really tough to work on at times due to crunch.
Damn
I can´t believe how many impressions this video gave me, this is beautiful...
GOD DAMN
Thank you mate for this vid, genuinely enjoyed it
I remember when Cube World was popular and people wanted to play it...Honestly, I would like to tell you about my Unturned journey, but I won't, because it's 770 hours of memories, good and bad. I will just say that it was a long journey with upsides and downsides of it's own
Damn poor cube world....
Wait by chance do you play rainbow six siege? For some reason i hear one of the intro themes about 26 (26:30) minutes into the vid. EDIT: XD you actually talk about siege later in the vid.
@@notlogan6482 i used to play it a lot but I left like 1,5 years ago
Ah Unturned childhood. Started almost 8 years ago back in 2016 3.0
First thing I did was play in singleplayer for awhile, eventually, I wanted to host a server with friends.
It is a crime that this video only has 5000 views
zman was right this video is amazing
Silver: people took a break to wait for 4.0
Me:Laughs
45:34 LETS FUCKING GOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!
lol I can hear the Polish accent when you are speaking. at least I can actually understand what you are saying :D
Edit: Also 55:25 MOM GET THE CAMERA IM IN AN EPIB YUTYBERS VIDUEO

00:02 when someone says unturned i think of unturd
how to say, unturned is at the origin of a large part of my social life on the internet, limits entirely, on this game with the Rp communities I met so many people who are today real friends, incredible that after years I met some of them in person and with others we planned a hike all together, 10/10 (1300 hours to my credit but I stopped playing games since)
When I first heard of unturned it was like 2019?
Personally I played Unturned because it was installed on our family laptop back in 2015 😅(probably my big bro who downloaded it, idk)
I played with friends, mostly survival, where we made bases and such, we got raided unfortunately. I also teamed with randoms. Me and my friends backstabbed teammates, and got backstabbed every now and then.
I made servers, players joined my Discord server, I got invited to other Discord servers related to Unturned, so I joined a bunch of more Discord servers, I helped people with servers, I moderated servers, developed discord bots, developed websites, and idk what else 🔥
to było warte mojego czasu dzienkuje
Im from detroit console edition but i remember my first experience in unturned was in cyprus and im minding my buissness and i meet some really nice guy and we head on down to a military zone and gear up. I think a while after that i get domed by a squad
the lhyme server was too real, i gained at least a few hundred hours from a florida lhyme server a few years back, i have no clue how i managed that with only vanilla items lol
Man i kinda feel left out with all the people who been playing this game for years while i started in 2019 with 80 hours on it
7:42 funniest part lol
You deserve more Subscribers
Us went outside to ride bikes
Still playing unturned since 2014
Love the game so much still
But I can't really play like normal people anymore it's just to time consuming
Mostly blocking houses in SOD Petersburg and owning a city for a day or two
Playing music on seven radios while being raided
And remember trolling different guys and making them angry still waiting for this try hard guy from Ustka to visit us
And trolling Maciej Maziarz lol
Bro i used to try do the gun animations at school to in late 2015. Probably pissed off my class teacher
this is so amazing
i can tell how this video is so good, zero dislike lol :)
i met some really cool 12 yr old in a pvp survival server and we managed to survive for like 20 minutes and then he ragequited i still miss him
ok so im too lazy to write a full on essay, maybe later when i have nothing to do but
[around like 2017 or 2018] im new to game, i try every gamemode, i find pve the best gamemode, find one full vanilla pve server with only 8 player slots, meet this one dude, i show him my base which is a prison cell (it was on pei), he shows me this huge base at the very south of the map at the farm, he tells me about this other guy that goes around attempting to make other peoples lives absolute hell, thats why i showed him my cell base cuz he suspected that i was an alt, anyways he invited me to the group and we became good friends, we vibe some time, until were in the military base and this hostile dude comes and places a horde beacon somewhere, now i only had a determinator, that pistol shotgun thing, which is kinda weak against horde beacons with that many people, anyways everyone else is struggling with the zombies and im forced to climb up the tower and, i dont have enough ammo to take them out and i cant run for it cuz i will die if i go down there, so basically he trapped me in the military base using a beacon, anyways i did die and he stole my alicepack, few days later he gets a tank and threatens to blow up some poor dudes house, but he doesnt, a week goes by and the server starts to die, as in the group i was in were the only people playing on the server, no new people, no crazy dude that traps people using beacons and threatens with tanks, and the group leader and we are in our base vibing when he hears the sound of grass, now nobody was outside and we were all in the base, were all like: u sure u heard something and hes like: yeye im sure, this base is unprotected and bad and i heard some sounds, lets build a underwater metal base, and thats what we did, few days later the wooden farm base gets wrecked, we complete the metal base, lose motivation to play on the server and the server shuts down, later on we keep in touch trough discord and create our own server which was similar to the previous one, nothing special really happened i mean it was a regular server that changed maps once in a while and was popping off, there was occasional drama like "who raided that base" or "why is this guy so hostile" but nothing special, that server has 52 members, according to discord and completley dead, people keep leaving and theres no unturned server
if ur wondering im still in contact with most of the people from that group on the old server, also this turned out to be an essay but im gonna keep the first line in because why not
also right after i posted this i remembered who got me into unturned, youtube reccomendations, it reccomended me fudgy's unturned life roleplay, 1st episode, i watched it and wanted to try the game for myself cuz the gameplay looked hella fun
People always shit all over this game. Looking at this game from the surface it looks pretty underwhelming too. Until you actually try it and realize it has so so much to it. For being made by a single humble 16 year old kid it is a super impressive, successful and unmatched for what it is.
my first experience with the unturned community was getting killed at spawn in a rp server
