Hoping to go natural, want the epidural, having a doula? In regards to the back hurting, see if you can get into a chiropractor, look for one who is Webster certified (they specialize in adjusting pregnant women) it can be very helpful especially toward the end with any groin pain, sciatic nerve pain, etc. Love yall! Can't wait for the shower and reveal post! 🙏🏻❤
