- Hey there, I'm back with another video. This is a tutorial about liprolls. Ya'll had been asking me for this for a long time and here it is. I hope this works for you and you can be better than yesterday. Let me know about your progress in the comment section.
To record the video, I've used LG G7+ ThinQ (front camera) and the audio has been recorded with Maono AU-404 USB Condenser microphone. Audio and Video has been edited in Davinci Resolve 16.

Stuck somewhere around the end of step 2 from either side (tried to start afresh on one side using this as a reference). I love the simplistic tone you've used in the video, the advice around not doing the outward sound and not using inward breath was definitely helpful. Back to practice for now 😄

Took me 1 year but got my liproll down. Just keep on practicing and don't give up.

i can just do the lip roll like some miliseconds like not like a normal lip roll and idk if its correct like idk if i am inhaling
just hold your breath and do it.. you'll know very easily if you're inhaling
Is a microphone necessary for beginners? Also how can someone know if their beatboxing has reached the level where a proper mic set is a must have??
Nope a mic isn't necessary for a beatboxer. If you wanna practise on mic to get better at battling, that's different. Before battles, use your friend's mic for a day or two maybe.

yes i was finding this tutorial its quite difficult ....could you please tell how many months does it required to do the liprolls ....as i have seen many other beatboxers they are telling they have completed in 1 month ...some of them are telling 1 year......
