Wow!! This is amazing! So much great information! My favorite Small World is the one in Paris! Beautiful! I love your story about your missing boat 🛶 and magic morning and the volcano 🌋
yes i went inside once with my mentor to clean the statues, it was really neat, but very complex to walk around, kinda felt like actally being inside a clock with all the mechanics.
Wow interesting! I'm shocked seeing a lot of on stage sets and behind the scenes looks. Do you mind sharing your experience helping out with the holiday overlay? Christmas is coming near so it would be an amazing video for the holiday
Aww well that's alright, still amazing on how we get a more behind the scenes look and your personal experience. Thank you for spreading more magic for the ride, it's my most favorite ride!@@roycealcoser
I bet it was a stressful but rewarding work, btw the Scandinavian dolls used to dance did they brake down as well? From what you confirmed in another comment the London tight rope broke down and I am very interested in the business aspect of running of the parks. My architecture professor used to tell how much of the structures are breaking from all the wear and tear over the years.
im sure you knew this already but theres actually 5 heads, not 4. the fifth head is the teethy smiling head found exclusively in hong kongs small world.
Kim Irvine did an awesome job putting the new ip in the ride and it really fits in! I think people were just overreacting lol.

very incredible! Have you ever had to do any maintenance on the facade/clocktower?
yes i went inside once with my mentor to clean the statues, it was really neat, but very complex to walk around, kinda felt like actally being inside a clock with all the mechanics.
@@roycealcoser Interesting! will there ever be a video/update about that part of the ride?

@@icaliver it certainly was! Yes that attraction needed constant attention and repair
How did you get an actual animatronic from the ride?!
How did you come to do this? This is incredible. It'd be amazing to be this close to Disney history and also to contribute to it.
@@ringtail14 I bought her in an auction
Wait, when were there characters in the ride? ! 😮 Was it not at WDW?
How did you win the auction?
MONEY :)
9:38 the Thailand scene not India
It is also Bali
i love and miss small world i really wanted to work on it ❤
You still can! Never give up ⬆️
the shirt says: i conquered its a small world
Hahaa indeed I have haha
So how did the maintenance team do maintenance on the dolls?
They are taken out once a year on a calendar schedule for routine maintenance
@@roycealcoser Does this apply to Walt Disney World as well?
i have a Question, in the London Part of the Ride Why Are the Dolls on the Tightrope Not Moving?
Broken machine, thats expensive to fix, and built into the structure......
5:36 😂
would U add a new doll on the clock parade cuz I been waiting for years to Disney to add 😢
what doll?
Filipino since there's a Filipino on the ride
I subscribe to you tho
My favorite is the tiki dancer
have you asked why the children laughing with the hyenas were removed? i heard because someone complained it was unsanitary although im not sure
@@ilaldkxb from what I heard, it was simply a matter of preference from the AD of Disneyland
@@roycealcoser oh ok, atleast i know now
btw, why did they remove the moving fans in the japan room, was it the same reason?
I would give anything to own a real it’s a small world doll 😭
Usually all it takes is a couple thousand of dollars haha 😆 keep an eye out for auctions online
I think magic kingdoms is the only other one that mary blair worked on actually
She was such a talented woman
im sure you knew this already but theres actually 5 heads, not 4. the fifth head is the teethy smiling head found exclusively in hong kongs small world.
Oh yes that’s an exclusive face for that resort! I’m still not 100% on how I feel about the teeth or not though lol
@@roycealcoser personally the dolls smiling with their teeth look kinda goofy... coming from a person who smiles with his mouth closed
A dream job
You can achieve it
