Good video, if anything....I believe it just proves out that you’re to be taken serious and may turn into them thinking you are really not backing down
I have the biggest case vs USCIS , I'm an immigrant who came here legally at 11 years old because my grandmother was a u.s. Born citizen , therefore she petitioned for her children who were born in Mexico where she married . So I had my permanent resident card from 11 years old , when it expired ten years later I went and renewed it but never heard from INS (2000) I was good for another year since my gc was stamped, then a year goes by and I haven't got my card then I get a letter saying that I wasn't eligible for renewal since I was removed in 1999 which I wasn't , it turned out a undocumented immigrant stole my identity and had committed crimes and went before a immigration judge twice assuming my identity and was removed while assuming my identity. This I only found out in 2012 because every time I would go to the immigration department they would never give me any answers, I was arrested for traffic tickets and was facing deportation in 2012 so I pleaded with the ice agent that I was never removed and I told her I had kids and was struggling to provide for them since my SSN had been deactivated, she looked into it and found out about the identity thief and she put a file together and forwarded it to the processing facility where they released me and just told me to get a lawyer, I have since been detained twice and my home raided and arrested again just to be released again but won't adjust my status. I've raised two young men 24& 20 who now support me because I can't work with no SSN. I raised them from 2 and 4 years old without a SSN not receiving any welfare and it was a hardship I can't explain and the emotional distress caused by their incompetence and neglect .
I have had my marriage based green card interview last year and so far nothing my i130 form is still not approved and was filed in April 2019 and I filed a lawsuit against them and will see how it goes.
@@carterseries4287 well I hope they don’t ask for another interview , I’m married since august 2018 we showed them thousands of pictures together so idk 🤷♀️, we will see , I believe they somehow toss some cases on the shelves untouched , I have had an interview on September last year , makes no sense they didn’t make a decision and when I sue them they will ask for another interview ,
I came here in B1 in 2004 . Than I changed to L1 in 2005 . My next renewal was denied because my lawyer failed t o submit the supporting documents. From there I changed lawyer who applied twice to AAO ,first without the lawyer signature second late filling. Than it was in the eleventh circuit court which dismissed my case in 2015. I already spent almost 100 k and I am still undocumented. The viewers any of you have any idea , please share.

What happens if USCIS decides to fight back the mandamus?

Thank you 🙏 for your great 👍 work
Hummm think they mad at us the government don’t know why I think I waited long enough
Possibly they will either strike back or they will just approve it. It depends on how your case looks.
