Elektron Digitone I, Digitakt I | Roland TR-8 - "Shadow Lurker"

I love hard dark techno, and I love being able to perform. When I used to play my OG synths, having pretty much a bunch of synths on a midi chain and split, the sheer joy of being able to transition during a climax was the best feeling ever. I think as a drummer, personally, especially when playing with a band, those moments when you're rolling toms or hitting the kick drum while all the cymbals are clashing and grinding into your part of the song, it just kills me, in a good way. I missed having that feel and control, but there are those necessities where programming is key, but the fun truly is where you get to play your instruments. Enjoy!
