Thank you so much. I have learned a lot and enjoyed every minute of this hour-long video. I am sharing this with my kids and friends. The intro and story from Prof. Dan Wang is great, Lulu the MC thread through great topics with good questions. Alice is very humble and knowledgeable about their business and industry. I think her CS degree helps as well. As an engineer student back then, I used to think engineering is more important than business. Now it is the other way around. Business, Project Mgmt., Finance, etc. determine if there are jobs for engineers, and others.
We are so lucky to live close to the Rowland Heights 99 Ranch. And other 99 are not too far either. As Alice said it well, they have other interesting stores, restaurants, etc. in the mall. So it is a one-stop shopping for most of our needs. They used to have 3 in the area - one for each of the three consecutive freeway exits on freeway 60!!

Definitely a kickass CEO. Alice is an inspiration. The partnership and respect she shows to her family, employees, cotenants, customers, as well as the humility with which she leads her company are the foundation for a great future for her family business.
