I wish I could customize my figures & make dioramas. I’d like to see a McFarlane Hush Batman statue in a diorama. It’s just so plain looking with the base.
Nice set piece👍...... We always Nitpick the Mistakes of our own pieces... Pretend it's lime scale On the lens.😂( Using a foam safe CA will eliminate that in the future.).... I would say the bricks are probably a little large for the scale but the dinginess looks good...... Just need to. Whether the figure as well........... Kept seeing ninja turtles on That roof😁......Keep at it....... Love the Deathstar shirt.🤙
Good feedback - I was struggling with how to paint to sign, to be honest. I'm still not sold on the white and might try it again with black and gold. Although usually when I finish a build I'm on to the next one, so who am I kidding? But still. The bat signal turned out WAY better than I though it would when I started piecing it together. Paint and dark wash makes all the difference (you know it!)
Really enjoyed this build! The building looks so good with the brick facing, and the water tower build with the addition of the sign really set the atmosphere for this diorama. Feels straight from a comic book
Thanks - its just another in a looonngg line of mess ups or mistakes on this channel though! Fortunately, the scene isn't one where a "dirty glass" would look out of place. But trust me, I was a bit frustrated. As always, thanks, Bruce. You are very supportive.
Thanks! The bottom board is a hard canvas (for painting) that was left over from something my daughter has doing. @ 1:32 I'm gluing on XPS foam, or rigid foam insulation. They sell 2'x2' sheets of xps at the big box home improvement stores for about $7, and I used about half a sheet, roughly. Its all the same material but the different colors are due to getting the xps foam from different retailers (Lowes sells green sheets and HD pink sheets). Here's a link as an example: www.homedepot.com/p/Project-Panels-Formular-1-in-x-2-ft-x-2-ft-Rigid-Foam-Board-Insulation-Sheathing-PP1/203553730 Hope that helps! Super!
@@andreviana4205 thank you!

Awesome i was one of the rooftop votes. I think rooftops scenes are the cooliest, and batman is synonymous with a rooftop!
You are absolutely right! I think a night cityscape backdrop would be amazing behind this build. Thanks for the vote and thanks for always watching!

Thanks- I appreciate the comments
Terrific work mate 👍👍
Thanks!
looks like gotham great job
Thank you!

I think The gotham city sign & the bat signal turned out awesome, batman/gotham city themed dios are my favorite to build. I Love a dark gritty city!

This one has very nice details in the water tower and bath signal
Thank you!
Maybe frost the entire bat signal glass to avoid the glue clouds. It will also help diffuse the light. Scuff it up with a fine grit sandpaper.
Not a bad idea. I may revisit it soon
Looks frickin amazing 🤩
Thank you!

Thank you Mason! That is very encouraging
This is excellent and is just what I needed for my rooftop attempt. So appreciate this
Thanks Davy- hope it goes well! Best of luck
Awesome build! Thank you for sharing
You did an awesome job bro. I like how realistic you made the bricks and concrete look. Looking forward to seeing more diorama builds.
Thank you! I'm working on a new one but my job keeps getting in the way!! Hopefully I can get it it done soon
Great build man, the search light came out really well.
Thanks! Can't wait to binge your channel this weekend! Looks great
I think the glue staining around the "glass" looks perfect because it makes it look old .

the balance is right
Thanks!
How did you texture the foam shown in 1:24?
Awsome chanel jus subbed been looking for something like this, do you sell on Etsy, ebay ECT?
I haven't been selling anything as of yet. This is really just a hobby at this point
@@FigureItOutDioramas Cool man, if you change your mind let me know
This is so awesome and I'm gonna use this as a rough blueprint for my rooftop. What is your base material at 1:32?
Thanks!

@@FigureItOutDioramas At 2:17, the thin pink foam strips, did you make those yourself or do they sell them separately?
@@xGothamGuardianx I cut those from the XPS foam, same as the rest. They are just super thin
Needs a hot toys figure to really sell it.
If only I had one... maybe soon. You never know
Awesome! Are you on Instagram?
Yes! @figureitoutdioramas
