Great video Aus! I can commiserate with you being short handed. They've been talking about a tech shortage for 20 years but it's actually happening now. The dealership I'm at can't get anyone in the door to save their lives. But keep up the great videos buddy, really appreciate them
Just came across your channel. Enjoy how in-depth you went on your tour! Also like hearing you talk about Garage Journal. Haven't been active on the site in sometime, but thinking I might return. Got a few good tools in the shopping cart from your video(Warner striking scrapers, worker rivet assortment, Mac tools oil filter wrench and more) Was disappointed you skipped over your on hand fluids etc. you keep in your hutch. Would be cool to see a video from you talking shop supplies and why you choose what you choose, towels, aerosols, nuts/bolts connectors etc. Seems silly, but lately I've been working to build stock at home to prevent project finish being delayed, by missing hardware that requires a hardware store run. Have been busy printing out hardware bins on my 3d printer to store stock. I also appreciate hearing a professional talk about what products they use. I'd heard of tub-o-towels, but forgot about them before your video. Wondering if you might have any other useful nuggets I could glean off of you. Thanks!
@@asmautollcI like cornwell impact sockets especially their universal impacts I was able to score the BOGO with the locking impact extension set you have in the ratchet drawer and the 1/4" semi deep set for $294 from the April or May flyer

Weird mac makes 1/4 semi deep too besides Cornwell, but snap on doesn’t. Weird thing is snap on makes 1/2 drive impact semi deep, but not in chrome. Yet they sell the three row trays
@@bowtietechnician5384 the only thing Snap On has that is kinda 1/4” semi deep is the 12 point flip socket set which I wouldn’t recommend over the Mac or Cornwell unless you deal with a bunch of small 12 point fasteners.
My Proto locking extensions are hot garbage - the female square end slips off everything very easily. I’ve measured mine and they’re all 0.010” larger across the square inner dimension than any other extensions in the shop. I’ve contacted them about it and never heard anything back. First and only time I’ll ever buy anything from Proto. Wish I could support USA by buying their tools but not if their support is nonexistent.
@@Code325 odd, I had a much better experience with a warranty, though you do have to go through Stanley if you don’t have an industrial supplier you can go through. My Proto impact locking extensions are identical to Mac and the other tool trucks, made in USA, and great. I don’t have Proto chrome locking extensions, but I have Mac and they are fantastic.
@@asmautollc I ended up getting Matco’s locking impacts. Very very similar in design but they fit my tools much better. It’s annoying to use a locking extension, only for the whole thing to fall off into an engine bay every time it’s pointed downward 😂

Thanks for all the effort and enthusiasm AUS.
With all your commentary, each drawer could be a video.
Exactly the answers I like to hear in regards to a cool load out

That’s an interesting idea, the fluids.
Love your box man! I have a macsimizer box and its cool to see how other people run their setups!!!
The length and depth of it makes it easy to set up exactly how you want it. And they are really well made. I wouldn’t trade mine for anything.
Thank you for saying where we can get that Proto 3/8 locking extension set ur the man brotha
Nice tour !! Where can I buy that magnetic pad that’s holding ur mini pry tools on the lid of your roll cart ? Thanks in advance !
@@mesiken487 it’s from Snap On. Check their website.
Just found your channel. Sweet setup and cool video. Just subscribed
mac has 1/4 semi deep impact sockets. they’re dope too.
Interesting. I’ve never seen them, but I bet they are. MAC USA impact sockets are bulletproof.

@@andrewscott8892 yeah someone else mentioned that as well. I had never seen or some across it prior to the Cornwell.

Matco makes a 1/4 mid length impact set adv and USA
I just took delivery of Macsimizer 6627 toolbox & 4125 Rollcart both in fireball orange
I think you will be very happy with them.
First time i've seen that hazat bit ratchet sooo cool
It is overengineered for a bit ratchet (not that that's a bad thing); probably the nicest overall quality in a bit ratchet I've seen.
Love the dog intro! got my sub and like
Technically my mom’s dog but she’s my bud.
Can you please give the part number for the really long snap on 3/8 ratchet with blue handle and new locking flex. I want to try and order one.
Could always take 2 min and go on the website
@Nordman555 the problem is it doesn't show up on the website for me.

25:55.. Harbor Freight doesn't, nor have they ever carried Mountain wrenches...
They have an icon one that is the same
Icon and Mountain wrenches both made by Kabo: www.harborfreight.com/extra-long-professional-double-box-flex-ratcheting-wrench-set-5-piece-56694.html
