I bought a pair the other day and used them for 4 days, I experienced great sound for Fortnite, but I had the same issues you did, sound would go in and out and only come through one ear or go away completely. Was very frustrating, I took them back and swapped for a JBL 400 and I have a JBL 300 which I like. So I am going to try the 400 tonight. Not really worth the money. I took mine back for a refund. I play on PS4
Yeah, that’s a dealbreaker for sure! Glad you at least have the 300’s and I hope the 400’s work well for you! We’ll be doing a review on the 400’s sometime next year
Bro, something must be wrong with yours because mine sounds way better than my Astro a50’s,my Audeze Mobius I don’t even use due to the short usb type c cable, I also have the Sennheiser GSP 670’s and the JBL quantum 810’s which is the wireless version, these also sound better than my Sony inzone H7’s that I have specifically for the PlayStation, these sound phenomenal they’ve become my main cans and I have so many headsets and headphones and these are amongst the best
I wouldn’t get these for just music. I’d get something like these Edifiers instead: amzn.to/47N8Esl They are wireless, have better ANC, long battery life, more comfortable, and much cheaper
i've had mine for 2 months now and i use it for valorant mostly but i cant find a good setting in the jbl quantum engine, i cant find a good sound setting
bro said affordable lmao ANC is not a key gaming feature. I have this headset and its good but for you to say that you need ANC for gaming is wild. Good headset. NOT CHEAP.

so Stange, I haven't had any issues with sound, I use on pc though. for me, this is an amazing headset, and the chat/volume mixer is awesome

Haven’t tried 810 yet but I think quantum one would be the better buy based on specs and personal usage!

I found them on sale for 160 US. Hope theyre good. They'll arrive tomorrow. If anyone replies I'll let you know how they are.
