It’s weird that a lot of the stuff that’s adorable and magical about being a kid only feels that way when we look back on it. I had an imaginary friend who was an invisible dragon, and one day I failed to rescue him from from a house fire and never saw him again. Or I guess stopped knowing he was there since he was invisible. Anyway, I find that pretty hilarious looking back but honestly as a pretty sheltered kid that was probably the worst thing that happened to me up to that point. Anyway, thanks for sharing this
