INGREDIENTS:
300gr Beef
20gr Shallot, finely chopped
1 to 1/2 Onion, sliced
1 Tomato
3 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Vinegar
Fresh coriander
Marinate Beef:
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp shallot, finely chopped

20gr hành tím băm
1 to 1/2 củ hành tây
1 quả cà chua
3 tbsp dầu ăn
2 tsp đường
1 tbsp dấm trắng
Ngò rí
Ướp thịt bò:
1 tbsp dầu hào
2 tbsp nước tương
1 tsp dầu mè (tùy ý thích)
1 tsp muối
1 tsp tiêu đen
1 tbsp hành tím băm
