INGREDIENTS: (8 servings)
FOR THE DOUGH
180gr warm milk (30°C)
50gr unsalted butter, melted
1 medium-sized egg
5gr instant dry yeast
300gr bread flour (or all-purpose flour)
30gr granulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
FOR THE APPLE FILLING:
500g apple
75gr brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp lemon juice
For the spread:
soft unsalted butter and brown sugar
Egg wash (1 egg + 1 tbsp milk)
