So I have an impossible ride all the way to Mexico city, some 800 kilometers on my Road King Harley Davidson. I am unaware of how bad the condition of the rear tyre is, its raining the Mexican Highway seems endless, I feel like I am in hell, so run down, waiting for the rear tyre to explode at any time now.

The guys who fixed the bike did so without expensive tools or a bike lift and using TH-cam 😮 as a manual, they worked a REAL LIFE miracle. Hats off to those guys ❤

Danny, I suffer from depression and angst moments my whole life - I’m 68 years- I share your pain. BUT your videos make me ride my Harley-Davidson daily and mostly I feel good when I’m on my bike & the road. PLUS you meet people ! Good people mostly. Thank you buddy.

Ya know Danny, it’s never too late to start learning how to wrench on your own Harley…It may not be easy for you but it really helps to know how things go together and specific things should be done….Say you got 15years of riding left, it’s worth over 2-3 of those years to learn how to actually wrench on your own bike…you don’t have to learn all Harleys but learning how to fix certain things will give you a lot more confidence in travelling either solo or paired up. You’ll know what tools that are actually important to take. Given you and Parry have both roadkings you could both tackle things in the future. And solo, if you come into shops like those on the side of the road, you’ll know for yourself if they’ve done something wrong/things to be mindful of. I don’t think I am the greatest advice giver, but I think genuinely learning how to work on your own bike would be a good challenge for you(who cares if ya make mistakes/not know something, we all have been there) and it doesn’t get much more “biker” than wrenching on your own bike and riding it.

I notice there's been some haters on here About if you've seen the tire was worn out you should have changed it before But we've All have made decisions and choices But at the end of your decision you have shown us endurance and perseverance And we've seen the humanity and the good will of strangers helping you And you shown us that life is a journey Be safe on the road San Antonio Texas

Watching your ups and downs is inspiring, watching how you overcome problems, and watching you enjoy good times when they come.

Hello. I have followed your trip to Mexico, I congratulate you. But I think you exaggerate a little with your fears of traveling in Mexico. I'm from Chihuahua, I'm 67 years old and I travel on a motorcycle. I have traveled through Mexico to many places, alone and in a group and I have never had a problem, but as in any country, do not go to the places you should not. Good luck.

I think this has been the hardest set of vlogs to date. You've done thousands of miles across the UK, Ireland, the USA and now Mexico, you've ridden on poor roads, through shit weather then you add all the problems with the bikes and no wonder its got to you Danny, you're on your own with no one to talk through how you're feeling. You've been this low before Danny and battled through it and you will on this one. Stay strong.

Danny remember a lot of harley riders are going to the darkside They are putting car tires on the rear i did this in an emergency in Alaska it lasted almost 20,000 miles I had a blowout and installed a cheap $70 dollar tire had absolutely no problems size

Going to see my best friend in the hospice today. He has terminal pancreatic cancer. He's a life long biker and we've been riding together for years. Inseparable on the road.

Danny, remember you can use a car tire on a motorcycle. 195-60-16 is a common size that’ll fit. Write that down for your next trip

Rain was most likely good for the tire, help keep it cooler and reduce a bit of wearing. Loving the series, as your people say, absolute legend mate!

Hi Danny, If I were watching your blog without knowing your home safe my anxiety would have been off the chart! I got a puncture when on Dartmoor in England and thought I would be found a dry and withered piece flesh laying next to my bike. When we have anxieties we cant rationalise stuff, you were so right to head for a closer bed and some food. Life always looks better the next day. cant wait to see the rets of your journey mate 👍😊

Way to go not giving up and carry on Danny. We can all sit back and say you should have done this or you should have done that from some of the comments I'm reading in the comment section, but those making those comments are sitting at home and are not living the dream and forgetting that we are all human and hindsight is 20/20.....shoulda, woulda, coulda, you are doing an amazing job. Thanks again for continuing to share your travels via your VLOGS. Look forward to each and every one. Cheers!!!!❤
