Great idea for mental health stimulation Danny. Thanks for the tip. You Rock brother!! Stay on TH-cam and help us all through the hard days. 🙏 💙 I lost two work colleagues who were train drivers to that horrible crash near Broken Hill. 😢 it has affected us all. Makes you realise that life can be taken from you in a heart beat. I'm struggling with it everyday! Our boy's should still be here. I think it's great, how you share your own battles. How you are trying to lift yourself out of the darkness and into the light. Keep up the great work. You are a champion human being. You help me every day !! TE 🙏💙🤙🍻

Add lemon juice teaspioon of olive oil, catan pepper, natural honey. Black coffee with honey afterwards. Lunch grass fed steak 4 eggs. 3pm organic fruit and nuts 6pm Steak onion eggs asapagus. 3 litres of water per day with sprinkle of celtic salt. At the end of the month do a 5 day water only fast. Hardest thing is controlling the mind, its like a muscle and needs the ability to relex. Total focus on an exercise program can help, or 100% thinking on the breath, tummy breathing, breathing with no sound.
We all need to regularly ask ourselves- AM I CALM, AM I RELAXED, and the hard one- AM I SOFT. This Taiji. One way that helps a lot, moving meditation, bit more interesting than just sitting. Sugar doesn't help, eat some grapes instead, any fruit. Hope this helps someone. Yr an inspiration Danny, keep up the good work. If ever yr travelling to Bendigo stop in at Dunolly, id love to say hi.
