If you want some things not to be retouched, try the Skin Mask plugin. It will automatically create a mask with skin only. This way you can keep small jewelry and tattoos intact. This will work in batch processing if you create an action that applies Skin Mask on top of the other layers.
How does it work?
1. Create a new layer and run the Skin Mask plugin. It will create a layer with skin only.
2. Then run your favorite plugins one by one.
3. Select the Skin Mask layer (Ctrl or Cmd + click on the layer).
4. Next select your retouched layer or layer group and click "Add Layer Mask".
5. Now all the retouching will only be visible on the skin and nowhere else.
