For those who are wondering how to create more useful filenames, like filenames according to your sheet. Go watch my new tutorial: th-cam.com/video/2Gmn3BPJhE4/w-d-xo.html
Thank you so much for the video. For the most part it works. I only wanted to know that how did you brought your first map picture of Australia which is probably "Pixelvariable1" in the first place. Because whenever I try to bring my picture it opens in the next project not in the same project as I can work with the texts. This is the only problem i am facing. Thank you
Thank you for taking pauses and speaking clearly, and posting time stamps in the description. The pace of this video is perfect. Most tutorials are 3 hours long or 10 minutes of micro machines talking.
I had an issue with the .csv file from excel for years and I had no idea it was everyone else too until this video. This was a great tutorial and really helped me solidify my understanding of this process. Also picked up the skill for pixel replacement while I was at it. Thank you so much.
Hey dude, here I am again. I just wanted to thank you A LOT for this tutorial and for doing that research to help me with some brazilian names. I actually managed to make all of the invitations for each guest to my wedding party. YOU helped me so much! Again, thank you VERY VERY MUCH! And sorry for any mistake in language :)
Your tutorial is fantastic. Thank you. I was struggling with the instructions on the CC website and I was able to follow along and finally complete my project!
Great tutorial, thanks for sharing. I have a question, is there any way to get images directly from website instead of my computer? I tried to paste url in excel and try to import it but it didn't work.
Great tutorial, extremely helpful and super fast and concise! I am though having a bit trouble with some of my images not being the right size after importing the data set, some variable images work fine while others gets smaller everytime I import a new version of the data set ... anyone knows why this happens?
thank you so much for this video! This has been immensely helpful! I'd assume this won't be possible with say an image within a Smart Object? Is there ways for doing that that you might know?
Hey Stranger Thank You. You saved me a ton of time. I'll pray for your health. One small question: I'm getting following error when I try to export as jpeg "The command Feather is not currently available". How can I get rid of this error?
@@PrimoTutorials I searched on Google and found the solution of this error. Photoshop have many default "Actions". I just deleted action named "Feather" and error disappeared. Thanks again. You saved me ton of time.
A year later but I’ll answer in case someone else is looking for this. To do that you have to tick the option when importing the data for the first column to define the name of the data set. Then, when you export them, you will be able to select dataset name as a variable in the name.
Great tutorial. Can we do this via CLI tool bash/bat some fully automated way ? So you have the csv file and call a command and photoshop automatically generates the jpegs
Great tutorial, thanks. Is there any way to import pixel data seta and rotate the layers before export? My design has image layers that are rotated, but the source files are at a straight angle.
can you please explain more what you mean at 1:13. "its very important to rasterize the pixel layer." How do you do this? what tool do you use to create the pixel box for all the images? I need my pixel layer for a portrait photo and all the photos in my excel file are different sizes. So I want to import them all in and have them fit inside the bounding box for that layer. How do I do this?
hi, found your tutorial to be very helpful. thank you so much! i tried it once and itworked, but now, when i export data sets as files and click ok, the saving process overwrites the file on the folder instead of saving it with numbers, can you help me with this? highly appreciate your reply.
Thanks for this tutorial. Quick question. At 6:52 you say we must select the same folder as where the PSD files are created. Does this mean we MUST create a PSD file? I have no requirement for the PSD files, can I just export the JPEG?
Great video! It is possible to create invoices using similar method? I wasn't so sure how to add multiple data in invoice such as description, qty, price and etc...
Great tutorial. One question. If you you have a text file of numbers, like 1000, however, you need them centered from the center, for example 1000 is in in the middle of a circle. So when number 1 is printed, its natural place should be the center, rather than to the right. I'm sure there's a simple way for this but I'm having a hard time finding it. Thank you for this tutorial!

Try going back to the original file before importing a new version. Might be because it keeps the crop of the imported dataset as new maximum size.
ty very much man really helpful . i was changing cards number manually for 2 days xd

Thank you very much, sir.
This is really an eyeopener.
But I don't see "copy as path" when I select my images
keep shift pressed and right click again

You can use the marquee tool to drag in a box and fill that box with a random color.
I love it
Niceeeee! Thank you so much
Is there a way to save a separate pdf file for each document? Please help
Goed bezig, dude! Thanks a lot!
Dankjewel!
thank you sir, one question is there anyway to rename the file name with one of the variables??

Batch export as psd and batch convert to .jpg
Thank you so much brother
You're welcome ♡
Interesting video. What about if you want to batch export your images to PNG with a transparent background. Is there a way to do that?
Hi The video is very useful. Can I know if there is an option to export as png instead of jpg as I dont want any background. Thanks in advance
You can do the batch action with export as... and choose .png

Ah... simple I think. Make sure to have text center aligned, rather than aligned to the the right or left.
The right answer to your own question haha
thanks bro
thank you
Great, can you make a video on how to add barcodes automatically to adobe illutrator? thank you so much
