Crappiest, most unreliable "super soldiers" that I have EVER SEEN. Vanilla people with vanilla bionics, marine armor, charge rifles and without Simple Sidearms, Run and Gun or Achtung can beat these bounty hunters silly.
That's how lame they are.
I don't know why but I always thought that rarr had 200k subs, his content is simply amazing

The reason why a couple raids keep messing up is due to “What if raids go wrong” Mod. That’s why some raiders age quickly, and some get hit by meteors

When you forget the "sometimes raids go wrong" mod makes raiders rapidly age with no ability to cure it.....
I was trying to figure out why that happened. Forgot about that mod
It's a shame that CE wasn't used in this one. Rarr is literally the best rimworld youtuber that plays with it constantly. Otherwise - absolute perfection, only the true Rat King can obliterate any hopes for a functioning colony this quickly.

i remember the first time i interacted with the superhero mechanic, i was doing a solo run (had to spawn in a dummy pawn so the game didn't end immediately), waited for like twenty minutes in real life for it to finish, and, lo and behold, he got the darkvision power.

the fact that his xenotype gave dark vision was just insult to injury, honestly, and i just reloaded because i have no conscience

You know, that Bounty Hunters TRAVEL a lot, and change their Place A LOT? They rarerly have their "HQ".
Yeah, so maybe next time, try to Travel to the Hidden Ship, and in the meantime you make Bases nearby your Bounties. Just, try to always be in movement, or at least when you can and have supplies for that. Then maaaaybe you'll get lucky with the Superpowers for your Super Soldiers/Bounty Hunters.

The "super powers" from VFE Ancients are so goddamn unreliable and random as to not be worth using. I'd prefer going with Rimworld of Magic or PsiTech than that mess.

FYI all the VE mods have CE patches in the latest version of CE (even the pirates). You can get it from the CE GitHub page or from the discord.
Did VE Pirates fix the warcaskets? They had the armor of bathrobes
@@ItsJeromeme everything that's unpatched has t-shirt level armor. The patch is finished and they are quite strong.
@@ItsJeromeme currently playing with pirates and CE. Cataphract warcasket has about 32mm sharp and 80 MPa blunt armor, so I'd say it's fully compatible.
Your channel introduced me to CE and tbh can't go back to vanilla. Lvl20 shooting still couldn't hit the broad side of a barn 😡

What is causing the rapid aging?
Is the bounty hunting part of the Ancients mid? Or is a different mod? If so what mod is that?

whenever you get raided there's a chance the raid doesn't go as planned, they arrive chased by mechs, a meteor falls, rapid aging and such, it creates some really funny situations sometimes
