I joined Renatus in Dec of 2015 and stopped on Dec 31 2019. She is 100% correct about how it is much more marketing the classes than anything else. The good news about that though is that I have been able to use those marketing skills in other areas of my businesses. Also, the Renatus curriculum, especially regarding Commercial Real Estate (and Wholesaling too!) are a joke. I found much better content on TH-cam for free.

@@henryeisenstein And in return I appreciate that. Right now, I have a small multifamily I need sold. It is listed with a local agent (Cocoa Beach) and I am starting over in Orlando. I have a lot of experience in SFH & MF, so I may do some flips (I raised $160K yesterday!). I really want to focus more on CRE with NNNs. I would rather be the buyer than an agent. So, how about a video on how to network in the CRE Space when starting over in a new market?
