We love our home here in Escondido. Went with the Coventry 60ft home and Kyler pulled all the strings to get us the best deal. Thank you Kyler and thank you Ferris Realty!
So funny it took you halfway through the house before you realized it was your mom's floor plan, lol! Btw... we love Perry! We had been in our home for a little OVER 3 YEARS when we realized that the exterior eaves outlet for the Christmas lights didn't work. We called Perry and they came out and took care of it! 🏡
These houses are super nice, specially the open concept ones, I’m a fan of big kitchens. I also like the tile that looks like wood instead of the vinyl planks. Only downside is the HOA, I haven’t come around to the idea of paying someone to tell me how I should live, specially making such an investment.
Currently I live in Houston and my apartment lease ends in Febuary. I work from home so I can be way out but close enough to drive into the city once in a while. I want to get the most for my money but will only be able to afford up to 200k (Ish) and I'll have to scrape real hard just to have a 3.5% down payment. Any advice on how I can get the most for my money. I haven't owned a home since 2006. Would I be concidered a first time buyer? and does that matter? I think theres a 3 year rule on that.
