Entertaining video, but why would anyone want to live there? I just don’t understand the attraction. I’d go nuts if I had to deal with traffic and people like that on the daily
No “real” people actually live in Manhattan. They just commute there / live in the upper part of the borough. Most everyday middle-class citizens live in the outer boroughs. It’s still crazy, but not crazy like you see here.
DOOD, you are taking BAD RISKS here. I've been riding for many years, (yes, in Manhattan too)... you are leaving ZERO safety margins. The fact that you hit a road vertical and almost crashed proves my point. You're looking to lose a leg.. or your life, riding like that in dense traffic. No Bueno. And.. SHORTS?
Come to literally any European city, forget gears, get a 125cc scooter, have a proper bike for long rides. You will see what’s fun. Specially any southern big city.
I especially love the tire lock on a 200lb bike. Won’t stop anyone from just picking up and tossing it into the back of a truck. I want one, but that’s my biggest worry.
Of course, just bring it inside if it can fit in your elevator. Just carry those wedges to hold the door open for you to duckwalk it in. If people have a problem with it being inside, tell them police & god are worthless at keeping it from being stolen, the engine will never be on indoors, and if they have no problem with rubbing & drinking alcohol in the building, then they should have no problem with this.
@@BaraOnABike What I find interesting is I seen State and City police in your video, yet none seem to be chasing you. So I guess Anti Lane Splitting isn't strictly enforced.
You can, but you have to let off the clutch very very slowly. It is easier to ever so slightly give her gas while letting off clutch. Grom = scooter it’s not too bad :)

Breaking traffic laws and posting it to TH-cam 👀 The boldest move of all. If you drive them legally, motorcycles don't really offer any benefit in traffic. You can't just cut between cars like that, and change lanes in intersections.

Wasn’t that bad tbh, but he was focused a lot on his playlist/music. Everything looks and feels faster on a grom.
He got the gloves on so it's fine 😂

Well in NY state ur not supposed to split lanes unless you own a Honda Grom

didn’t you lane split in the video?
