It was so sad. Especially because it was in the time loop. It seems so unfair for Andy. Even though he says it was his destiny. It wasn't his destiny to be or at least it shouldn't have been. I just rewatched the first season of Charmed (now I'm in the rewatch of the second season) and found myself missing Andy in the later seasons. I didn't realise that that much anymore after seven seasons without him, but now I know... I miss him forever. Just like Prue.
In germany charmed is still showing on TV after almost 21 years. The First Episode was aired 1999. Amazing isn ' t it? The best season was 1-3 it was about the sisterly bound. The introducing of paige was really good but the chemistry between the sisters was diffrent and it was just about to repair the Power of three instead of sisterhood. The only thing what went wrong in the show was that they never showed a picture of prue in the Last scene of charmed. Just to honor prue the Leader and caretaker of the halliwells.. by the way i pray for the talented actor shannen doherty. A special star of my childhood since bh 90210.

This is great! I love the first season of Charmed, it will always be my favorite. The description says "complete recap"...It isn't quite, but what it does include is very good, and the editing of scenes is phenomenal. You really feel like you sat and watched most of the major points of season one in just 14 minutes, which is impressive!
I have been a huge fan of this show since the beginning and through the years I can say that I have watched every episode over and over. It's one of those shows that you can never get tired of watching
I just rewatched the first season of Charmed and then watched this summory of it. It sums up the very first season so well. The best summary of that season someone could wish for (if only the younger Piper and Prue would've been showed where Phoebe took the very best photo of herself she ever took), but aside from that, the best summary of season 1 😍
The first season packed so much into it. So many emotional things happened. I was hooked. I wore out my first series collection so now I'm buying new ones.
this us AMAZING! I loved s1 SO MUCH! I loved s1-3 the MOST. I love Paige but it wasn't the same after s3, Prue was my favorite character and I LOVED every version of the original three sisterly relationships, I love Paige but the sister CHEMISTRY wasn't the same!
Sara Kennedy The reason it wasn’t the same after season 3 is because the original producer who created the show decided to leave. Another producer wanted more control over the show and was going to get it either way. The new producer changed a lot about the show. It started off with the relationship between the sisters being the center of the show but after season three it became more about each individual sister.
Now the 29th of April 2020 and I've just rewatched the first season of Charmed in its total and then found this very good summary of it. It includes almost every special moment, except when Phoebe takes the best photo of herself she's ever taken. I would have loved to see the young Prue and Piper more in the summary, but otherwise it was perfect 😍
I agree to some extent. There were still great moments. Paige's past. Once they figured out the Chris's storyline, it was perfect. I liked that they added depth to Leo (because actor pushed them to do so). His guilt over his son, family he left and betrayal of his mentor... too bad that fans remember mostly how self-centric sisters became. Firstly I liked the fact that sisters aren't all for forsaking their whole lifes, because it was realistic. We see mostly characters who live just for "superhero stuff". It made sense that they were trying to have as normal lifes as possible. But writers overplayed this and sisters turned to cold-hearted bitches... I just feel sorry for Rose McGowan. Fans tend to blame the lower quality of the show on Paige, but the real issue was writing. In fact, I really liked her character, and the way they introduced her to story, without ruining Charmed Ones. P. S.: I hate what writers did to Cole, especially in season 5.
I miss this show and with Peru she was a true Big sister and yes I loved all the couples Leo and Piper, Phibi and Cole the show was at it's best when Cole came on
Clearly Phoebe stated, Melinda practiced 3 powers. Move things with her mind, see the future and STOP TIME. It's from 3 Essentials of Magic Prophecy Timing ,Feeling and Phases of the Moon. They changed Piper's power to Molecular-based power, which I think it was also cool. Well, technically when time stops, molecules are immobilized. I think she would still get a combustion, they just to explain it in a weird way just like Phoebe's Levitation which wasnt a Power advancement to her Premonition. They explained through her psychic ability which allows her to move above in different perspective. For Piper, they could have retainedbher temporal stasis and advancement would be temporal acceleration which speeds up the flow of time or certain object or super speed which causes too much friction and pressure to the object or target that would combust. Hehe Most Melinda's premonitions were not accurate, clearly her future generations were not all daughters. Her propechy also stated 3 sisters would become the Charmed ones but Patty Conceived 4 daughters.

Leo wasn’t supposed to tell them about white lighters ? He screwed up and got caught? he’s so involved with then after this and in that awful pms werwolf episode w/ Paige they are sending the girls another WL and they refuse bc they want Leo and don’t care what he’s done and Chris comes right out and says I’m you WL…. And one other thing that ties into s1 is when prue makes the creamer go into her coffee in pilot then makes a big deal about moving liquid in others
It’s interesting that Melinda Warren got a premonition from Phoebe in which she sees generations of “daughters”. This is the future timeline of Morality Bites where Piper’s first born is Melinda. But when the sisters decide to save Phoebe’s future by not punishing Cal Green, the timeline was altered leading to the death of Prue and the birth of Wyatt. Actually, it was the Elders who made the sisters alter the future in an attempt to fulfill the prophecy of the Twice-Blessed Child, who wasn’t originally planned to be a Halliwell.
I have to say despite the feud between Shannen and Alyssa their chemistry as sisters was on point they blended so well together lol that’s the thing with actresses and actors that don’t like eachother they work so well in scenes went pretty good for 3 seasons then Shannen wanted to leave
One thing that bugged me was how far apart are phoebe and Paige….. if phoebe was just a baby when patty died how did she have Paige and why is victor in the home movies in s1 and when they go back in time I thought patty loved Sam

I watched it for the awesome BLACK LEATHER costumes! Most of the bad guys wore them! Yup. I didn't pay attention to the mush story lines. Just the fight scenes and the BLACK LEATHERS!

I wish they made a movie for Charmed. And I did watch a little of the Charmed reboot with new sisters which was ok but it didn't pull me in like my girls did. So I stopped watching it bc it was just too different but then again if they would have kept their names I would complain that they aren't like the original Piper, etc. Its not a bad show, I'm just attached to the original, period.

Season 1 thru 3 were the best. Until Doherty left it went downhill and I stopped watching.

Charmed has charm.I like it even though it deals with the occult, and it is sometimes dark.
The Woogyman story is one of my favorite 1st season episodes.
