Traveling from Thiruvananthapuram (Tvm) to Shenkottai, the journey started at 4.10 PM and ended at 8.10 PM. The route is incredibly beautiful and is a must for nature lovers. As you travel, you'll see lovely rivers and hills that make it feel like you're in Ooty. A highlight is when you pass through Thenmala, where you'll get an amazing view of Thenkasi city's lights at night from the hilltop.
During the trip, I saw bikers enjoying the stunning views, especially the city lights from the hilltop. If you go by bike, you can stop at many breathtaking spots. There are lots of small tea shops by the roadside in beautiful natural areas. Biking is better because you can pause at these lovely places. The bus arrived in Shenkottai at 7.55 PM.
